I/We agree to execute the works as per the RFP and hereby quote the “Service Charges” as a percentage of the actual expenses incurred as per the scope of work of the assignment (i.e. net off any discount or concession recived by us) excluding GST. GST shall be payable over and above the actual expenditure and Service Charges. No other charges shall be payable to us by the Authority.
