Tender For Various Line Work In Maintenance & Repair under The Edd Soron, Kasganj In The Jurisdiction Of Edc, Kasganj. - Safe Carriageof followingpoles Store Center or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca roadincluding the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 2 PCC Pole 8.5 / 9 mtr long 3 ST Poles 11/13 mtr 4 Cartage of line material viz Weasal Conductor, Dog Concudtor, Stay Set, Earthing Rod, LT AB Cable (Different Size) GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store Centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (upto 100 Km). 5 Replacement of damaged pole by opening of all existing accessories and conductor from damaged pole properly and removal of damaged pole and erect the new pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories and conductor on the new pole etc. as per direction of supervising engineer. Its including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. (including carriage of damaged pole to store) required for proper completion of work. 6 PCC Pole 8.5/ 9 mtr. Long 7 ST Poles 11/13 mtr 8 Grouting, Nuzzling & Muffling of single support as per RESSPO Manual including of the cost of labour,T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand & brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast etc. 9 PCC Pole 8.5/9.0 mtr. Long 10 ST Poles 11/13 mtr 11 Erection, grouting and nuzzling of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESSPO Manual. 12 Fixing & connecting of earthing rods as per RESSPO Manual including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 Re-sagging of loose 33KV/11 KV / L.T. lines as per direction of supervising engineer. Its includes the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 ACSR Dog / Weasel Conductor 15 LT A. B. Cable (different size) 16 Laying, spreading, Lifting & Final sagging of Aerial Bunched Cable of following size including fixing of All accessories as per RESSPO manual & as per direction by Supervising Engineer. 17 3x50+1x35+1x16 sq.mm. 18 3x95+1x70+1x16 sq.mm. 19 3x120+1x90+1x16 sq.mm. 20 Cutting & Chopping of tree branches for proper clearance of HT/LT Line 21 Providing & Fixing of nut bolt off size on vendors cost. 22 Providing & Fixing of holding clamp for ST/PCC pole one vendors cost. 23 Replace/Fixing of cross arm, insulator etc. 24 Welding of STP Rust Pole with fixing & removal of all accessiores. 25 Replacement of LT Cable provided by department in Distrubution Transformers. 26 Rust/Damage Iron Material carriage from site to store center 27 Cartage of dismantlled line material / scrap viz ST Pole Weasal Conductor, GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from site to Store Centre as per direction of supervising engineer through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 100 Kms.).
