| 1 | To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the \"MES Strandard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specifications and MES strandard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II rates together with errata/ amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES strandard Schedule of Rates or at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of \"General condition of Contract (IAFW-2249)\" 1989 print with errata/ amendments as applicable.Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 4th Row and \"F\" column of this BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the 4th row and \"E\" column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/ below MES standard shcedule of rates.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidence and reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by the contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The Acceptance of contracrtor\"s offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES standard shhedule of rates.The work orders for various works/ services shall be placed for amount worked out/ priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by Contractor.(iv) Contractor\"s special attenstion is invited to Condition \"4(A) works to be carried out (Applicable only to Term Contract )\" and condition \"56 termination of contract (Applicable only to Term Contract)\" of \"General Condition of Contract (IAFW-2249). The provision of these conditions of \"General Condition of COntracts (IAFW-2249)\" are strictly to be followed.(v)It is an express condition of this contrat that the amount of total works/ services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/ mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/ services at therate contained in MES Standard schedule of rates 2020 Part -II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contrac period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increse or decrese in quantum of work required to be done/ work done. |
