Tender For Miscellaneous Electrical Works At Tnpl Cement Plant- 1 Miscellaneous Electrical works at TNPL Cement Plant (The rate quoted is exclusive of GST) 2 Street light : Replacing of light fitting/bulb in Tower/street light upto 30Mtr elevations 3 Street light : Dismantling/fixing of 75W/150W, 250W/400W light fittings with control gear at elevations upto 30Mtr. 4 Cable laying and Termination work : Laying of L.T. power and control cables including charges for laying, dressing and clamping of cables- in racks,trays,in concrete shafts/underground excluding excavation and back filling upto 2.5 sq mm 5 Cable laying&Termination work:Laying of L.T.power and&control cables including charges for laying, dressing &clamping of cablesin racks,trays,in concrete shafts/underground excludingexcavation& back filling-above 2.5 sq mm upto 35 sq mm 6 Cable laying & Termination work:Laying of L.T.power&control cables including charges for laying, dressing&clamping of cables-in racks,trays,in concrete shafts/underground excluding excavation and back filling-above 35 sq mm upto 95 sq mm 7 Cable laying and Termination work : Laying of L.T. power and control cables including charges for laying, dressing and clamping of cables- in racks,trays,in concrete shafts/underground excluding excavation and back filling-above 95 sq mm 8 Removing of the following cable sizes from racks/trays in concrete trenches/overhead trays /vertical shafts/undergrounds-upto 2.5 sq mm. 9 Removing of the following cable sizes from racks/trays in concrete trenches/overhead trays /vertical shafts/undergrounds-above 2.5 sq mm & upto 35 sq mm. 10 Removing of the following cable sizes from racks/trays in concrete trenches/overhead trays /vertical shafts/undergrounds-above 35sq mm & upto 95 sq mm. 11 Cable trays,Supports,Frames and Misc.Steel Fabrication works:Fabrication and errection of MS cable trays, Supports, Frames and Misc. Steel Fabrication work including one anti-rustcoat of primer,two finished coats of approved enaml paint. 12 Earthing System: - Excavation of earth pit of 2.75 Mtr depth, filling with charcoal and clay, erecting GI electrodes, backfilling, providing necessary brick masonry work and connection with G.I strip from earth pit to main grid. 13 Removal of XLPE insulated steel wire armoured aluminium conductor cable and wind the removed cable in drum / or as coil shifting it to cable yard or other location as instructed by Engineers - 11KV, 3 core X 300 sq.mm cable & above 14 Termination of HT cables on both ends / straight through joint after laying 11 KV grade cable 15 Removing of the following cable sizes from racks / trays in concrete trenches / overhead trays / vertical shafts / undergrounds - above 95 sq.mm. Note:telephone cable with corresponding OD will be considered. 16 Laying of XLPE insulated steel wire armoured aluminium conductor cable in the cable trays including dressing of cable - 11 KV, 3 core X 300 sq.mm cable & above 17 Clearing of wild/ thorny bushes by uprooting using JCB/ Excavator in the vicinity of cable tray route from main site to cement plant Via BR3 and BR4 18 Re-laying of hanging control cables including charges for re-laying, dressing and clamping of cables- in racks, trays, in concrete shafts / underground up to 37 core 1.5 sq.mm control cables. 19 Re-laying of hanging power cables including charges for re-laying, dressing and clamping of cables- in racks, trays, in concrete shafts / underground up to 120 sq.mm. 20 Re-laying of hanging power cables including charges for re-laying, dressing and clamping of cables- in racks, trays, in concrete shafts / underground from 150 sq.mm to 240 sq.mm. 21 Re-laying of hanging power cables including charges for re-laying, dressing and clamping of cables- in racks, trays, in concrete shafts / underground 300 sq.mm and 400 sq.mm.
