    DESIGN, SUPPLY, ERECTION, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AUTOMATIC MILK POUCHES STACKING, COLLATING AND CONVEYING SYSTEM AT COIMBATORE DAIRY- 1 No of sachet packing machines 7 in two rows 2 Single track Crate Washer 1500-1600C/ Hr 3 Empty crate conveyor approximately 65 mts 1600 C/ Hr 4 Auto Collating Module with automation and synchronization with the packing machine. The module shall consist of 5000 PPH 5 Pouch feeding belt Conveyor-Appx.1.5 mtr 6 Satellite Conveyor 7 Pouch counter 8 Filled Crate High way conveyor approximately 110 mts 9 Crate counter with totalizer (6” display) 10 Trafficking and signal exchange for each head 11 Control Panel 12 Electrical and Automation controls 13 Platform and Railings 14 Erection and Commissioning 15 Replacementof existing 2 Nos platform and railing in the existing milk pouch packing room which is a pathway for maintenance of each machinewith new SS 304 Platform and pathways (2 plat forms with 8 path ways and railing in the viewers gallery ) 16 Replacement of existing rusted cable tray with new GI Powder coated one 17 Repositioning of existing milk sachet stacking machines as per the symmetry required for conveyor installation without affecting the daily production -8 machines 18 Operation and Maintenance of the entire system for 1 year with required technical man power
