Providing Water Supply To Government Model School Campus ,Thuvakudi ,Tiruchirapalli- 1 Supply , delivery and fixing HDPE pipes-PE 100 as per IS 4984/2016 and as amended from time to time and bearing ISI marking of the following sizes for delivery at site of work excluding all taxes but including loading,unloading freight etc complete. 2 75mm HDPE PN6 PE 100 PIPE 3 Supply and delivery of following sizes of HDPE specilas as per IS 4984/2016 and as amended from time to time and bearing ISI marking of the folllowing sizes for delivery at site of work excluding all taxes but including loading,unloading,freight etc complete.n 4 75mm HDPE PN6 PE 100 Pipe bend 5 75mm HDPE PN6 PE 100 Pipe Tee 6 Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters, (No domestic use) conforming to ISO 4064 part I, II, III Class B and IS-2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accredited lab. The watermeter shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointers of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates. 7 80mm Water meter 8 80mm Dirt box 9 80mm Erection charges 10 Supply and delivery of the following sizes of OHT flow control valve with female BSP treaded ends, (20mm length) with Stainless Steel Body as per ANSI 202 Grade, Plug, Flange – Nylon 66, (to be tested at NABL accredited lab.) Triangular notch type flow control path with opening reference scale arrangements for flow notch and Upstream & Downstream pressure checking spring loaded mouth arrangements. Working Pressure 10 KSC, (FCRI, Palgaut pressure test and flow test to be furnished) and with 5 years warranty 11 40mm (1 lpm to 400 lpm adjustable type arrangements) 12 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank withinitial lead of 10m and lift of 2.00m in narrow trenches for laying of pipes for water supply in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B with standard width and depth of trench (vide chapter IV -pipe laying works of the technical specifications Booklet) including shoring,struttingand bailing out water and all other incidental charges such as barricading providing dager light etc and as directed by the TWAD Board officer. Note:For Earthwork excavation in SDR, DMR, HR etc., linear measurement rate may be worked out seperately and to be approved by the SE concerned after verification of soil classifications by putting trial pits at closer intervals. (TWAD SOR 2022-2023, Pg 279) 17 75mm HDPE PN6 PE 100 PIPE 18 Testing of MS/CI/DI/PVC/HDPE Pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @60/kl) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the burst if any occurred during the text excluding the cost of pipes including other incidental operational charge etc complete for the following diameters of pipes. 19 75mm HDPE PN6 PE 100 PIPE 20 Refilling the trenches with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers and watering, ramming and consolidation as per standard specification after the pipes and specials are laid jointed and tested to the required pressure and depositing the surpllus earth at places as directed by TWAD Board officers. 21 75mm HDPE PN6 PE 100 PIPE 22 Supply and delivery of the following GI pipes as per IS 1239/part I/2004 Required for sump inlet connection 23 80mm GI Pipe medium 24 Supply and delivery of the Following Specials 25 80mm GI Elbow 26 80mm GI Flange 27 Cutting charges for 80mm GI pipe 28 Threading charges for80mm GI Pipe 29 Jointing 80mm GIPipe flange pipe with rubber insertion with IS 638(1979) and MS bolt and nuts of IS 1364-I(2002) Including cost of jointing materials such as bolt and nuts rubber insertion and labour charges etc.,complete. 30 80mm GI pipe jointing 31 Supply and delivery of 80mm CI D/F Sluice valves with cap wheel as per IS 14846/2000PN 1.0 with ISI Marking and with 5years warranty for inlet line 32 80mm CI/DF sluice valve 33 Provision for inter connection arrangements
