The certification shall include:- * Visual inspection * Dimensional check * Structural stability/load-bearing verification * Material test reports (MTC - of aluminium sections) TELESCOPIC ALUMINIUM LADDER Supply and Commissioning of Tiltable Heavy duty Telescopic 1 ladder, constructed using high-strength aluminium alloy extrusions suitable for industrial and maintenance applications as per below specifications. l.The maximum height from the ground in the closed/resting condition shell not exceed 6 meters. 2.when tilted at 45 degree, the ladder shell reach a minimum height of 10 meters from the ground to the operators standing platform/bucket, with a minimum horizontal distance of 3 meters from the base wheels to the vertical projection of the platform. 3.The ladder shall have a minimum load-bearing capacity of 150 kg, including the operator any tools or materials carried. 4 .The ladder shall consist of 30r 4 laps (sections) to ensure improved stability and achieve the required operational height. 5.ln the vertical (90-degree) position, the minimum operable extended height shall be 13 meters. . 6 .The ladder shall be equipped with solid rubber wheels 1 suitable for outdoor applications, with a wheel diameter of not less than 14 inches. 7. The tilting mechanism shall use a steel rope of minimum 8 mm diameter to ensure operator safety. K An anti-slip locking system shall be provided to prevent ; accidental retraction or slip-page during ladder operation. . 9.An additional pulley and rope system shall be included to facilitate the transfer of fools and materials to and from the operator in the bucket/platform.
