Closed cell neoprene gaskets etc (20 SWG) Aluminum Sheet ALUMINUM DUCTING 20 SWG 8 Providing fresh air damper with crowl piece,bird screen and removable type prefilters 9 Chromium plated Brass mortice latch and lock with round knob 10 Demolishing brick work in lime or cement mortar including plaster, paint, etc. manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Providing and fixing glazing panels & doors using 12mm thk toughen clear glass (confirming to ASTM Standards C-1048) supported byc-channel (embedded in the floor) at the bottom & side edge and wall connecting profile at the top edge,stainless steel articulated countersunk bolts threaded bolts,chemical fasterners,etc., glass panel size as per design and drawing including applying colourless sealant of joint incl. required edge polish, making glazing water tight etc. Destructive node joint test reports to be submitted forestablishing the safety factor, including operating hardware, SS patch fittings, fabricated long length satin finish SS 304 handles,patchlock, floor springs etc., complete as directed by the architect for frameless patch doors,single or twin leaf shutters with fixed panel on top. 13 Dismantling of50 mm thick both side PPGI sheet with PUF insulation wall panel,making good the PPGI sheet with PUF insulation for ventilation duct 14 Removing & Refixing of existing Hermetically Sealing type of Manual Door with Frame shutters, making good the damaged brick work and applying 3 coats of Syn. Ena. paint. 15 Removing & Refixing of Stainless steel of grade SS304 Storage Unit with 5 mm thick glass door and mounted flush with the wall. 16 Dismantling of double door Stainless steel of Counter, Disassembly of the main frame, support structures, shelves, drawers.
