    Tender For Providing And Fixing Of Modular Kitchen At Bank’S Flats (Dena Bhavan, Sachidanand And Shivalaya Towers) In Mumbai Kitchen as per schematic drawing. Vendor Shall prepare detailed shop drawing considering actual site dimensions with provision for all services (Eg. Electrical, plumbing, Gas, chimney, exhaust etc. ) The Kitchen shall comprise the following items: a.Plywood:BWP Grade Ply as per IS-710 (Greenply, Century, Kitply) b. Laminates: Shutter:1.0mm High Gloss Laminate, Inside:0.8mm Laminate, (Make:Formica, Greenlam, Merino) c. Required Cabinets as per drawing. d.Drawer System: Sleek/KAFF/Hettich/Blum including all accessories. e. Kota Stone Partition covering :6mm Ply with 0.8mm laminate outside, f. Drawer storage organizer: SS Cutlery Basket-02 Nos., Thali/Plate Basket-02 Nos., Cup & Saucer Basket-02 Nos., Pull out Unit-01 No., Grain Trolley (300 mm Deep)-02 Nos., Dustbin SS round tray-1 nos., all baskets/trolly made of SS304 having 04 mm thick wire mesh. g. Hardware: Soft close hardware from sleek/ Hetich/ Haffle, h. Profile handle for shutter and drawers: Aluminium Profile handle (G-Type) from Hettich/Haffle as selected by Banks Architect/Engineer. i. Supply & fixing of chimney exhaust duct pipe of 150mm dia Aluminium with plastic Jali cover at outer end, including cutting of 150mm dia hole . All shutters shall have PVC edge Bands on all four sides. Finish of PVC edge band shall as per architects selection. The Modular kitchen shall have a 5 years warantee against Manufactering defects. The Work shall be complete including all rquired accessories for fixingof kitchen at site as per drawing and to the satisfaction of Banks Architect/Engineer (Please refer Drawing)
