Project (Stage-II) for 24 Months (Package No. C-816A-Services Required 2 Minium wages for the work of Providing repair and maintenance services of Telephone lines/exchanges and providing annual preventive and corrective maintenance services for Computers its Peripherals along with other IT/Network equipment’s installed at for various location of Parbati H.E. Project (Stage-II) for 24 Months -Rate excluding Contractor’s Profit & Overhead, EPF, ESI Contribution/ Mediclaim charges considering minimum staff as per ClauseNo. 4.2 of Section-II Conditions of Contract (3 Nos. -Highly Skilled, 6 Nos. -Skilled Manpower) 3 EPF including ELDI and admin charges in respect of item at Sl. No. 1 above. 4 ESIC Charges in respect of item at Sl. No. 1 as above. 5 Bonus, Leave, Gratuity,National Holiday and conveyancein respect of item at Sl. No. 1 above. 6 Management charges towards Contractor profit, Overhead charges, statutory requirement charges etc. as required for execution of work in respect of S.No. 1above. 7 PMJJBY premium (as applicable time to time). 8 PMSBY premium (as applicable time to time). 9 Providing Liveries/Uniform Rate excluding GST considering Uniform (Set of Shirt & Trouser, twice in a year), shoes and winter Jacketas per ClauseNo. 1 of Special Conditions of Contract
