    repairing Renovation Of Miscellaneous Mechanical Works At Dakshinpuri Sps-Isolating the suction & delivery system of Pump set by closing of suction & delivery valves as per site requirement. 2 Dismantle the Inspection plate from inlet line of Pump set by cutting rusted/damaged nut, bolts with the help of skilled staff, tools & tackles including gas cutter etc. as required at site. 3 Making threading in the inlet line of Pump set with the help of specific tool arrangement as per requirement at site. 4 Fixing the new inspection plate with the help of SS nut, bolts, packing sheet and skilled staff as per site requirement to avoid any leakage from it. 5 Taking out of the back pullout assembly from the pump after complete closing of suction & delivery line, decoupling from motor end, cutting of all rusted studs & nut bolts with gas cutter as required and taking out the pump upto floor level. 6 Removing of damaged pump casing SS studs by cutting/opening by skilled staff , tools & tackles including gas cutter etc. as required at site. 7 Fixing SS studs in the pump casing with the help of required tools and tackles as per requirement of site. 8 Safety arrangement at site of work for safe working of men and machinery. This includes transportation of safety material and its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangements & it’s dismantling after completion of work and as per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge 9 Testing of above work on full load as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
