tender For Getting Rates For Non Sr Items Only For The Work Of Installation, Fixing And Releasing Of Decorative Poles In Vijayapur City.( Only For Estimation Preparation Purpose)-1 Decorative light singlepoles: Fabricating and supplying and erection of 10 mtrs long hot dip galvanised conical pole with BSEN 10025 grade 10025 grade S335 JO steel plate for shaft IS 2062 Shaft. IS 2062 for base plate with door opening arrangements ,including suitable boards , bakelite sheet and MCBs as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of 47 m/sec for 10 mtrs pole in single section and single joint welded as per IS 9595/IS 10178 AWS having stone bottom 200mm , top 70mm with 3mm thick Suitable 4 Nos of m-24 long J bolts 750mm long along with template and the pole shall be hot dip galvanised in single dipping with not less than 65 microns as per ASTM -A123 and 153 etc. Labour Charges For bending the pole & providing PU painting to the 10Mtr conical streetlight pole using PU paint with neccessary arrangements as per directions of Engineer incharge. 2 Fabricating, supplying and erection of hot dip Galvanized Decorative Single arm made up with 48mm OD pipe asthectically contured as shown in the picture supported with 90/100mm OD pipe suitable for overlapping the 9/7mtr conical streetlight pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of the wind zone. The arm shall be galvanised with not less than 65micron etc. The arm should have 1 nos 1500 mm length single arm supported with another pipe at the top. The die cast aluminium empty decorative fixture suitable to fix LED modules as required. The arm should be finally with PU auto coat including all required all required base quotes. the price should be quoted with including transporatation laoding, unloading and providing PU auto coat including all required base quotes and rubbing to the existing 9Mtr Conical street pole. The Poles and arm should be packed with required protection and transporation to the site. 3 Fabricating, supplying and erection of hot dip Galvanized Decorative pole with Single arm made up with 48mm OD pipe asthectically contured as shown in the picture supported with 90/100mm OD pipe suitable for overlapping the 9/7mtr streetlight pole with BSEN 10025 grade 10025 grade S335 as per specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of the wind zone. The 9/7Mtr pole should be made of 80 mm dia 3mm thick GI pipe supported with 80 mm dia 3mm thick GI pipe upto 7/5Mtr height accordingly. The pole should be also welded together 25mm dia GI pipe at three intervals. The bottom of the pole should be covered with rewuired size rectangle pipe to cable termination and fix the MCB. The pole and arm shall be galvanised with not less than 65micron etc. The base plate size should be 300mm x 300mm x 16mm with 4Nos of M-24 x 750mm long J bolts along with template. The pole should be quotedwith including loading, unloading and providing PU auto coat including all required base quotes. The poles and arm should be packed with required protection and transportation to the site. 4 Fabricating, supplying and erection of hot dip Galvanized Decorative Single arm made up with 48mm OD pipe asthectically contured supported with 90/100mm OD pipe suitable for overlapping the 9/7mtr conical streetlight pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of the wind zone. The arm should be provided with two nos of metal wings. The arm should be galvanized with not less than 65 microns. The die cast aluminium empty decorative fixture suitable to fix LED modules as required. The arm should have supported with required length of 40mm dia GI pipe as shown in the picture. The arm should be finally finished with PU auto coat including all required base quotes. The price should be quoted with including transporatation laoding, unloading and providing PU auto coat including all required base quotes and rubbing to the existing 9Mtr Conical street pole. The Poles and arm should be packed with required protection and transporation to the site. 5 Fabricating, supplying and erection of 9Mtr long hot dip Galvanized Decorative double arm made up of ith 48mm OD pipe astheticall contoured supported with 90/100mm OD pipe suitable for overlapping the 9mtr conical streetlight pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of the wind zone. The arm should be provided with two nos of metal wings. The arm should be galvanized with not less than 65 microns. The die cast aluminium empty 2 decorative fixture suitable to fix LED modules as required. The arm should have supported with 2 nos of 1900mm length each side and two vertical ith 4 nos of horizontal supports. The arm should be finally finished with PU auto coat including all required base quotes. The price should be quoted with including transporatation laoding, unloading and providing PU auto coat including all required base quotes and rubbing to the existing 9Mtr Conical street pole. The Poles and arm should be packed with required protection and transporation to the site. 6 Fabricating, supplying and erection of 9Mtr long hot dip Galvanized Decorative streetlight double arm pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate with door opening arrangements, including suitable boards, bakelite sheet for MCBs as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of the wind zone. The 9Mtr pole having dimensions of bottom 200mm, upto 1mtr height and above 1 mtr 160 mm square from base plate to top 9Mtr including arm & 3.0mm thick with angle structured. The pole should be having 5-6mtr long LED light covered with polycarbonate pipe/sheet of 2.00mm thick. the light shall be visible from both the side of the pole. The decorative double arm bracket is asthetically contured and designed as shon in picture by using different sizes of pipes. The die cast alluminium empty 2Nos of decorative fixture suitable to fix LED modules as required. The base plate size should be 325mm x 325mm x 16mm with 4Nos of M-24 x 750mm long J bolts along with template. The pole should be quotedwith including loading, unloading and providing PU auto coat including all required base quotes. The poles and arm should be packed with required protection and transportation to the site. 7 Fabricating, supplying and erection of hot dip Galvanized Decorative arm made up with 48mm OD pipe asthectically contured as shown in the picture supported with 10/12mm plate suitable to fix the exixsting conical street pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of the wind zone. The Decorative arm should be 3 Nos of 2900 mm length interconnected at 5 places ith cotured same dia of pipe . The arm should be galvanized with not less than 65 microns. The arm should have 200mm OD stainless steel bowl top. Three rings are to be provided to the existing pole at the bottom of the pole The die cast aluminium empty decorative fixture suitable to fix LED modules as required. The arm should be finally finished with PU auto coat including all required base quotes. The price should be quoted with including transporatation laoding, unloading and providing PU auto coat including all required base quotes and rubbing to the existing 9/7Mtr Conical street pole. The Poles and arm should be packed with required protection and transporation to the site. 8 Supply and Erection of Decorative pathway streetlight of Dimension : Bottom 150mm square Top 150mm 100mm rectangle 3000mm (H) long S curve integral type outdoor luminarie IP 55 protected, suitable for 30W LED fixture using Nichia, Osram , Lumiled LED chips , luminarie and the asethetically contoured refector, Rewuired Colour powder coated for high reflection, made of FRP/ sheet metal finished sheet and supported to the base through Almm/ GI bracket to provide glare free asymmetrical light distribution. The LED lamp along with good quality driver housed inside and covered with toughened glass/ acrylic diffuser at the top portion of the satellite tube extruded and the bottom portion attached to amounting base and suitable for operation on 240V , 50Hz single phase ac supply. The poles is to be made of MS iron then GI coated with sand black finished. The acrylic sheet including required length LED strips lamps should be housed in the top side of the inside the cone shape with poly carbonate cover as shown in the sketch. the Base plate should be of 250mm x 250mm X 10mm thick finished as pole colour with 4Nos. foundation bolts of M16. 9 Releasing Decorative light pole of 10/11 mtrs with height, with existing LED street light fitting and shifting to corporation office including crane charges as per directions of Engineer incharge. 10 Releasing and Refixing of Decorative light pole of 10/11 mtrs height, with LED street light fitting at suitable place including crane chargesas per directions of Engineer in charge. 11 Releasing Tubular/octogonal light pole of 9/10 mtrs with height, with existing LED street light fitting and shifting to corporation office including crane charges as per directions of Engineer incharge. 12 Refixing of Tubular/octogonal light pole of 9/10 mtrs, with LED street light fitting at suitable place including crane chargesas per directions of Engineer in charge. 13 Supplying and fixing of galvanized door plate with opening arrangements for decorative pole as per directions of Engineer incharge. 14 Fixing of Decorative light pole of 10/11 mtrs height, with LED street light fitting at suitable place including crane charges as per directions of Engineer in charge.
