Tender For Pot Holes And Repair Work On Various Roads Vr Of Block Badagaon - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (Excluding cost of GST). 2 Cleaning of the existing surface and laying premix carpet 2cm thick over a tack coat @ 35kg/100 sqm with graded approved 13.2mm grit @ 1.80cum/100sqm and 11.2mm grit @ 0.90 cum/100sqm and bitumen @ 146kg/100sqm including heating the Bitumen upto the required temperature and mixing either in mixer or in hand drum including cartage of material and also including cost of all materials, fuel wood, roller charges labour, T&P etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge(Excluding cost of GST). 3 Cleaning premix surface and laying seal coat type “C” with approved 6.70mm graded grit @ 0.90cum/ 100sqm and bitumen @ 0.65kg / sqm including heating of the bitumen upto the required temperature and mixing either mixer or in hand drum including cartage of material, also including all material, fuelwood, roller charges, labour, T&P etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge (Excluding cost of GST).
