Periodical Services And Att Treatment At Palma Garrison Under Age(I) Cif(R); 1 Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint/camouflaged pattern, complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) on walls including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified. 3 M & L distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification. Two or more coats on old work, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for Preperation of old decoratedplastered or unplastered surfaces of walls,chajjas,balcony,facias etc by brooming down or steel wire brusing,scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss andeffloroscent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for Preperation of old decoratedplastered or unplastered surfaces of walls,chajjas,balcony,facias etc by brooming down or steel wire brusing,scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss andeffloroscent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (any colour) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Taking down cement plaster on brick wallor concretesurfaces of ceilling etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete allas specified & directed. 9 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge 10 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 11 Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall including cornices pilaster etc, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (colour as approved ) over and including chalk whiting primer, complete as specified and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 M&L Writing letters or figures at Buildings( Block, Roman,ltalic or Indian) nex. 30cm high complete all as spcified and ditected. 14 M&L Writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as spcified and directed. 15 Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L providing chemical emulsion for post constructional antiterrmite treatment of along the external wallbelow concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M & L providing chemical emulsion for post constructional antiterrmite treatment of treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed. 18 M & L providing chemical emulsion for post constructional antiterrmite treatment Of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L providing chemical emulsion for post constructional antiterrmite treatment At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L vitrified ceramic light shade tiles10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm laid over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed. 21 All as per ser item No. 02.00 here in above but work on vertical surface such as skirting dados etc over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 base complete all as specified and directed. 22 Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch A Part -
