    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Calibration Of Pcb Load Cell Similar Category Calibration Services 1 Calibration of PCB Load Cell Total Qfy.lNo Details of Load cell as per Annexure -I 2 Calibration is to be done as per NABL Standards J The equipment will be handed over to the calibration Agency for calibration by BDL by hand and collected back after calibration. 4 A Calibration certificate is to issued at the time of collection of the instrument. 5 /-rirtirrr nf fho colihrnfion certificate is for two years 6 Transportation : collection and Delivery of calibration by BDL scope. 7 Insurance : by BDL scope. 8 Delivery of work to be completed within three months from the date of order released. 9 Load cell has to be send to party by BDL-Rep in bdl vehicle to wpndnr nrimises as ner schedule siven by vendor. 10 The time of delivery is the essence of contract supply should be completed within stipulated delivery period.In the event of vendor failure to supply the goods/perform service. Liquidated damage will be applicable as Per GM 11 Payment terms: to}L/oPayment will be made against successful completion of work and certified by Engineer-in-charge. 12 All possible care should be taken in handling the equtpment Dy vendor, but the risk of damage in transit or in calibration will be 13 @ and delivered backatVendorSite only. 14 The party has to calibrate as per NABL and provide the report with 15 User / Indentor Department Representative MrN Rajesh, will be In-Charge for this work Total Quantity :
