    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Calibration Of Accelerometers Similar Category Calibration Services Calibration of Accelerometers Total Qty.44Nos List of accelerometer as per Annexure -1 2 Calibration is to be done as per NABL Standards. a J The equipment will be handed over to the Calibration Agency for Calibration by BDL by hand and collected back after calibration. 4 A Calibration certificate is to issued at the time of collection of the instrument. 5 Validity of the calibration certificate is two years for all items. 6 Transportation : Collection and Delivery of calibration by BDL scope. 7 Insurance : by BDL scope. 8 Delivery of work to be completed within three months from the date of order released. 9 Accelerometers has to be send to party by BDL-Rep in bdl vehicle to vendor primises as per schedule given by vendor. l0 The time of delivery is the essence of contract supply should be completed within stipulated delivery period. In the event of vendor failure to supply the goods/perform service. Liquidated damage will be applicable as per GeM 11 Payment terms: 1000 Payment will be made against successful completion of work and certified by Engineer-in-charge. 12 All possible care should be taken in handling the equipment by Vendor, but the risk of damage in transit or in calibration will be borne bv BDL Scope. l3 The equipment are accepted and delivered back at Vendor Site only. 14 The party has to calibrate as per NABL and provide the report with NABL logo. l5 User / Indentor Department Representative Mr.N Rajesh, will be In-Charge for this work.
