Tender For Beautification Work Of J Sector Bada Park Under Ward 70 Zone-3. - Disamantling brick work of stone in cement including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineers-in charge with in a distance of 60 mt.(200feet) 2 Dismantling of old interlocking tils including disposal of refuse as directed by engg. i/c. within a distance of 60mtr. 3 Dismantling of existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by engg. i/c. within a distance of 60mtr. 4 Scraping of old white or colour wash including refusal of dismantled material up to 60.0mtr distance as per direction by engg-in-charge. 5 Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 6 Providing and Laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 Brickballast nominal size 40 mm ) in all completion of work. In foundation and floor . 7 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortar of 1.25 fineless modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of work. 8 Class-150 brick work supper structure above plinth lebel upto floor to lexle (upto two story) including necessary. 9 M.S Iron work or tubular pipe of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work.M.S tubuler Pipe. 10 prooviding and fixing Stainless Steel Grade 304) Railing made of hollow tubes channel plates etc all ladger railing balcony railing etc all complation of work. 11 P/l cement concrete(1:2:4) cement approved c-sand s/grit etc all complete. 12 R.C.C. works with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 6 aggregate) for R.C.C. columns/T-beam. 13 R.C.C. works with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 6 aggregate) in R.C.C.
