Tender For Road Repair Work At Various Places In Baraut City Area - Brick on edge pavement on patries with brick laid dry joint filled with local sand in comp.position (s.i-763) 2 Contruction of granular sub- base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method with rotavtor at OMC,and compactingwith smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired drnsity ,as per MORD,specification 401 3 M-150 brick work in (1:3) mortar with cement and c/sand in drain in comp.position (s.i-307) 4 12 mm thick plaster in( mortar with (1:3)cement and c/sand on brick work in comp position (s.i-582a) 5 ccwork in (1:2:4) mortar with 2cm gauge stone grit cement c/sand in septic tank bed including all material labour tools etc in comp.position (s.i-281) 6 Rcc work in ((1:1.5;3) in drain side ramp with 2.0cm gauge cement c/sand in culvert slab and road side beam in comp.position (s.i-284)a 7 mild steel in rcc work in comp.position s.i. no 504 8 supply and laying of 80mm thick cc rubber mouid tile I-shape mechanically compressed interloking paver block manufactured by high pressure and control vibration machine having plan dimension 200*(160+120mm)with minium 5mm topping of O.P cement mixed with 25% marble powder .The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30Mpa and 4.5 kg per no.including cost of all material labour T&P etc Also including leveling and dressing of surface up to required level and slop filling joints with local sand 9 M.Siron work of small size and section in channel in comp.position (D.S.R ) 10 contruction ofplain cement concrete pavement in (1:1.5:3) mortar with 2cm gauge stone grit cement c/sand and laying of 125 micron thick polythine filmincluding all material labour tool etcin comp .position (s.i-new item -9(1) 11 Laying of 80mm thick interlocking tiles . New item 12 Providingapplying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure bitumen @ .3kg/sqm on the prepared bitumen /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom in comp 13 Providing and laying dence graded bitumens macadam with 100-120TPH batch type HMPprosiding an average output of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregade of spefied grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.5per cent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to watch site ,laying with a hydraulic paver finisher with sensher control to the required grade ,level and aligment ,roting with smooth wheeled ,vibratery and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause NO-507 complete in all respect 14 Providingapplying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure bitumen @ .3kg/sqm on the prepared bitumen /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom in comp 15 Providing and laying dence graded bitumens macadam with 100-120TPH batch type HMPprosiding an average output of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregade of spefied grading premixed with bituminous binder @5.4per cent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to watch site ,laying with a hydraulic paver finisher with sensher control to the required grade ,level and aligment ,roting with smooth wheeled ,vibratery and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause NO-509 complete in all respect
