    Tender For Reconditioning Of I St Stage Impeller, Shaft, Bearing Housing And Replacing Damaged Lacing Rings For Vacuum Pumps.; 1 Charges for reconditioning of Ist stage SS impeller retrived from vacuum pump. This work involves cutting of damaged Ist stage impeller vanes by plasma cutting, fabricate new SS vanes and welding in damaged impeller vanes removed area by ss welding (3 Nos) in Ist stage impeller. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps. 2 Charges for Fabrication and machining of 01 No. SS Lacingfull circular (single circular)ring for vacuum pump Ist stage impeller by marking, plasma arc cutting, edge preparation by grinding and complete welding. 3 Reconditioning of the Vacuum pump shaft by turning of damaged impeller seating and bearing seating surface, metal filling by welding over the machined surface by suitable welding electrode and again machining of metal surface to the required diameter to fit the impeller and bearings at the drive end & Non-drive end, Re-threading of damaged threaded portion of shaft on both the sides of bearing lock nut matching area. 4 Charges for reconditioning of bearing housing for vacuum pump
