Panel thickness: Main Panel 52.4mmd. Panel components: i. 2 nos of vertical extrusion made of aluminum and coated with epoxy powder coating. ii. Horizontal extrusions made of aluminum and coated with epoxy powder coating at every division of tile/block. iii. Blocks made from composite construction of MDF and paper honeycomb. iv. One no. of fabricated bottom frame (comprising of L- channels, formed plates and steel tube welded together and coated with epoxy powder coating) as a welded structure of steel component. v. 1 nos of Plain metal bottom tiles made of 0.8mm thick MS CRCA Grade D as per IS: 513 vi. 2 nos of Pre-laminated intermediate tiles made of G.0 to G.5 mm thick pre-laminated particle board conforming to IS: 12823 having all its edges with minimum 0.5 mm thick PVC edging vii. 1 nos of Fabric magnetic top tiles (fabric upholstered metal tiles in 0.6 mm thick G.I. Grade O as per IS: 277. The fabric upholstered with adhesives) viii. 1 no of top trim made of aluminum extrusion. ix. Cover Trims and end trims 3 Pedestal flat metal front, full ht free standing central locking of size 390 mm w x 435 mm d x 646 mm ht 3dr = 2box+1file. 12 4 Over all Size 522mmW1/685mmW2*415mmD1/645mmD2*90-110mmH. Metal Tray should be made of 0.9mm thick CRCA as per IS 513. Single Extension ball side assembly should be made of combination of 1.2/1.5mm thick roll formed CRCA as per IS 513. Mouse Tray should be retrofit which could be fitted as the right hand or left hand as per user’s choice. It should be made of 0.9mm thick CRCA as per IS 513. OEM Should be a BIFMA member and should have at least 18 products in BIFMA compliance registry 12 5 Over all Size 230-345mmH*226mmD*180mmH.Metal Tray should be made of 1.0 mm thick MS CRCA Sheet and Side support is made of 0.8 mm thick MS CRCA Sheet.
