Appointment Of Agency For Property Tax Assessment Survey Computerization Of Data And Other Related Work- 1 Assisting Municipal Council for conducting Land, building asset property survey, data management, data integration, Analysis and Reports of surveyed properties. 2 Assisting Municipal Council in preparing sketch diagram of every property, preparing property case papers, matching property record with the existing record of the Municipal Council, identification of unidentified and double taxation properties.conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete 3 Computerization of the survey data, preparing property record database, Preparation of the Desktop software for the computerization of Survey record ,doing data entry of survey data into the software, digitization of record, linking property record with the database. 4 Assisting Municipal Council for tax Assessment of Properties as per the Maharashtra Municipal council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial township act 1965 section No.112 and 114 on capital value rateable or valuemethod, Preparation and printing of provisional assessment register as per the section No.115 sampleNo.43 rule No. 74. 5 Assisting Municipal Council for preparation, Printing and distribution of notice as per section 119,conducting the hearing process on the objections, preparing objection register as per sample No.44 rule No. 75(5), Printing and distribution of notices as per section 120 of Maharashtra Municipal council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial township act 1965 printing and distribution of notices as per section 150. 6 Assisting Municipal Council for printing and distribution of bills as per section 169. 7 Providing Hand held PDA or mobile devices, Bluetooth printer, hardware with one year warranty and one year onsite service against any fault. Training and for Municipal Staff. 8 Providing Application for property tax collection in PDA or Hand held mobile device with printing facility for Property tax dept. 9 Providing online payment system for online payment collection of property tax and quick searching of the record. 10 Assisting Municipal Council in Providing Annual maintenance to property tax department and providing supply and services for yearly tax collection postings, providing bills of taxes, demand and collection register, etc. for the property tax dept. of Phaltan Municipal Council for 5 years.
