(non-modular) bricks of class designation M 150 in foundation and plinth in : : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excuding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1 :5: 10 ( 1 cement : 5 Coarse sand (Zone -III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cemetn, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 4 Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excuding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1 :2: 4 ( 1 cement : 2 Coarse sand (Zone -III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 6 Finshing walls with Putty approved brand andmanufacture and of required shade on undercorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm 8 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 9 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m All kinds of soil 10 Providing Tractor trolley with POL &driver etcComplete as required for miscellaneous item cartage works. 11 Tractor with water tanker for sprinkling of water including POL & Driver complete as required for proper completion of the work 12 Supply of Labour with uniform fortractor for miscellaneous work 13 Providing Superwisor/ Mate with uniform complete for miscellaneous work etc 14 JCB Machine including Driver & POL etc complete as required for miscellaneous work. 15 Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflactorising glass beads @ 250 gms per SqM area thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finish surface is to be lavel, uniform and free from streacks and holes as per MORTH Specification no ;- 803. 16 Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs / Cat Eye)Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi- impact Polystyrene) or acrylonitrile butadiens styrenc (ABS). The marker shall supported a load of 1335 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 351 5° to base and area of each retro- reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of idenfification of the manufacturer. Dimensions of road studs should not be less than 100 mm x100mm x10mm RPM (without shank) as per ASTM RPM (with shank) as per ASTM 17 Brick edging on both side of the road of class M 150 Bricks 8 cm wide and 10 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of bricks finished to required templete and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 18 Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 750 mm dia R.C.C. pipe 19 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hyraulic excavator)/manual meansin foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width, or 10 sqm on plan)] including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in a lead of 50 m. 20 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excuding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1 :4: 8 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand (Zone -III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 21 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1 :1½: 3 ( 1 cement : 1 ½ Coarse sand (Zone -III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 22 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
