During Overhauling Of Unit No. 3 Of 3X210 Mw Atps Anpara - Overhauling of ID Fans 2 Repairing of Inlet guide vane/ fixed blade of ID Fan. 3 Overhauling of FD Fan. 4 Checking of thrust pads of DE journal bearing of PA Fans. 5 Checking and servicing of DE/NDE bearings of PA Fans. 6 General Inspection of PA Fans. 7 Servicing/repairing of discharge damper of ID/FD/PA Fans, ESP outlet dampers, interconnecting dampers, ID Fan Suction damper etc. 8 Servicing of lub oil console of ID/FD/PA Fans. 9 Cleaning of ducts from ID Fan suction chamber to chimney (one job consist of both ID fans) 10 Cleaning of ducts from ESP out let to ID fan suction chamber including common ducts (one job consist of both ID fans) 11 Cleaning of ducts from PA Fan suction chamber to discharge damper. 12 Cleaning of ducts from FD Fan suction chamber to discharge damper. 13 Welding of ID/FD/PA fans ducts. 14 Repairing of expansion joint by providing patches / welding with suitable electrode 15 Repairing and servicing of chain pulley block.
