    Annual Maintenance Of Central Air Conditioning System In Gmda Building And Repairing Replacement Of Equipments Ahu Fcu Fcu Controller By Providing Of 04 Nos. Manpower Of Ac Operator Ahu Fcu Fcu Controller Upto The Complete Satisfaction Of Engineer - 1 Providing 04 Nos. manpower of AC Operator for annual maintenance of Central air conditioning system (including any kind of repairing) Comprehensive AMC of all HVAV System from Ground floor to 7th floor of GMDA During day to day and scheduled maintenance , contractor will provide (free of cost) of repair/replacement of worn out components of AC Machine viz. starting capacitor ,running capacitor ,thermostat , over load relay ,selector switch ,MCB upto 32A rating , indicator , nuts , bolts ,screws , motor capacitor, rewinding / repair of motor, repair / replacement of blower motor, brazing of coils if leaking, part wiring or complete wiring of AC (internally), supplying and charging of refrigerant, repair to the defective remote or replacement as may be necessary, wash and clean air filters and replace if necessary, blow / dusting / cleaning the inside and outside units, etc. to ensure that they function in proper way and AHU’s FCV’s, VFD’s are in good working conditioning. Further replacement of all equipment’s and spares e.g. compressor, ACB`s, Motors, MCCB`s upto 63 Amp and above etc. will be in scope of contractor Upto the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
