Tender For Multimode Microplate Reader; 1. The instrument should be a compact multimode microplate reader capable of performing absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence measurements 2. Auto gain facility should be available not the default setting in software. Instrument should automatically calibrate results with different gain settings to obtain single consistent measurement range. 3. Self-diagnostic option and auto-calibration during the starting of the instrument as well as during longer kinetic assays. 4. Onboard Incubator and shaker should be available. Incubation temperature should be from ambient+4°C to 45°C and orbital shaker with adjustable speed and diameter 5. System should be supplied with Analysis software with unlimited user license. 6. Single software program should allow any number of measurement steps (different detection modes) within the program 7. Linear and Orbital Shaking with adjustable timing, speed. Automatic safety control based on the shaking speed and plate format to avoid spilling of the liquid from wells. 15 | P a g e 8. No loss of already measured data even in case of power failure 9. Should be a CE certified model Optical System: 1. Instrument should have monochromator based optics for photometry (UV-Vis) and optical filter based optics for fluorometry and luminometric measurements. 2. Instrument should have Xenon flash lamp with longer life span as source of illumination, high sensitive photodiode detectors for photometry, PMT detectors for fluorometry and luminometry. Absorbance / Photometry: 1. Measurement range in Photometry: 200-1,000 nm 2. Linear measurement range in photometry: 0-2.5 Abs at 450 nm, ±2% (96-well plate format) 3. Instrument should have on-board pathlength correction for direct quantification. e.g. nucleic acids and proteins. 4. Accuracy & Precision (at 450 nm): 96 well plate format: For 0–2.0 Abs: ±(1.0% + 0.003 Abs), CV<1% 5. Plate type : 6 well to 384 well format , also compatible with micro-volume (2-10µl) analysis plate for nucleic acid and protein quantitation (Optional) 6. Measurement speed for 96 well plate: ≤ 15 sec 7. Should enable spectral scanning Fluorescence / Fluorometry: 1. Fluorometry wavelength selection (optics: Excitation and emission range: 220-700 nm or better 2. Filter wheel position: 8 or more, Should include Ex: 345/25 nm, Em: 450/40 nm; Ex: 485/15 nm, Em: 525/15 nm; Ex: 555/15 nm, Em: 615/45 nm optical filter sets. Other filter sets should be optionally available 3. Fluorescence intensity sensitivity of ≤0.4 fmol (Top read) fluorescein per well with 384 well black plates 4. Read type: Top read optics 5. Plate Type : 6-384 well format 6. Dynamic range >6 decades Luminometry: 1. Luminometric sensitivity of ≤280 amol ATP/well with 384 well white plate using flash ATP reaction. Luminometry should have normal and filter based measurements mode with excellent sensitivity. 5. Dynamic range >6 decades Data Analysis Software: 1. System should be supplied with analysis software with unlimited user licenses 2. Software should be compatible with Windows 10 or 11 Pro, 64 bit OS, 8 GB RAM (detailed PC configuration for the instrument operation should be indicated by the supplier) 3. Should have different file formats during data export which includes .xlsx, .pdf, xml, and .txt 4. Software should have option for area selection. i.e. different protocols at different area of the same plate 5. Spectral scanning of all 96 samples or 384 samples should be able to view in single graph plot 6. Single software program should allow any number of measurement steps within the program
