Supply Installation Testing And Commissioning Of Conventional Split Type Air-Conditioning Machines In Various Room Of Sales Tax Complex Under The Directorate Of Commercial Taxes, Beleiaghata.- 1 Dismantle the existing Indoor & Outdoor units,connecting Cu pipe lines,drain lines, metal cage,metal platform etc. and deposited to store of the section office from different places of the buildingby the agencys own arrangement ,mending good damages to building work with out disturbing day to days work as per direction of EIC. 2 Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning ofsplit type AC machines having capacity Cooling Capacity range (6.6-7.0 KW), with fixed speed rotary compressor, cord less remorte with battery, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating -2/3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.99),air-flow range CFM(760-850) both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chordwith plug topconfirming to ISI 1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments incl. leak testing , brazing,gas charging if required as per direction of E.I.C(With/without refrigarant copper pipe as per manufacturer supply with the AC Machine)(Make-Mitsubishi Electric-MS-GK24VA/ Mitsubishi Heavy -SRK24 CW-S6/O-General -ASGA24BMAA-B) 3 Refrigeration Piping:Supply,Installation & commissioning of hard copper refrigerant piping, complete with fittings Elbows, Bends, supporting arrangement on walls incl wrapping with kenofoam sulation by 26 SWG aluminum sheet to make it vermin proof.for ductable split A.C.a) LiquidLine Hard CU, pipe minimum Thickness 1.15 mm. following Dia .[ Make Royku / Totaline/ Mandeep] with 13 mm. thick nitrile tube insulation.[ Make Aroflex / Acoflex]i) 1/4 OD with 0.6 mm thick Liquid Line. 4 b) Gas Line Hard CU, pipe minimum Thickness 1.15 mm. following Dia .[ Make Royku / Totaline/ Mandeep] with 13 mm. thick nitrile tube insulation.[ Make Aroflex / Acoflex]ii) 15.9 (5/8”)mm dia 0.6 mm Suction Line. 5 Supply and laying communication screenedCu. Connections 7 Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage for installation of ODUs ,PVC drain Pipe and MS structurefor AC machine installation, per storey of building per vertical run. 8 Charges for MS Structure for 2.0 TRODU installation Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of size of ( 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm) with length of 1.2 mtr three(03) nos for base of platform fixed with wall and lenght of 1.7 mtr three(03) nos for fixed with end point of base and wall .All of these six nos of angle iron should be welded with six(06) nos MS flat square plate of required size (150mm x 150mm and thickness with 8mm with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 150mm length with M16fastner and Hilti chemical mortar as per requirement. The platform should be fabricated with 10 (ten) nos ofTATA 32 x 32 mm Square Carbon Steel Hollow Section 2 mm IS 2062 squre bar of 1.8 mtr lengthfixed in equal intervals for the said platform. Also making the safety grillby 3 nos20 mm x 20 mm size with length of 4.5 mtr aprox Square Carbon Steel Hollow Section 2 mm IS 2062 squre barthrought the 3 side around the platform upto 1 mtr above the platform .These safety grill should be supported by 04(four) nos 1 mtr length 35mm x 35mm x5mm MS angle.The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. All these are descripted for each MS ODU structure.The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per directionof EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC 9 Supply & installation of 25 mm PVC drain pipe line (25mm/32mm OD,HD 1 mm thick) of the following size with 6 mm nitrile rubber insulation and with proper supports & brackets as per direction of E.I.C(Mk. Oriplast / Supreme)(a)25mmdia 10 (-)Less cost for unserviceable dismantledmaterials of AC machines
