Tender For Annual Maintenance Works Of Different Kinds At I.A. Trans Ganga City, Distt-Unnao. - Cartage of ballast, kankar, coal, grit or sand etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stacking on pucca road (3 km) 2 Cleaning Jungle including uprouting of trunk vegetation grass, bush, wood, tries & saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 meters above grund level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared. 3 First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 F.M. 5 First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 6 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors. 7 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 8 Earthwork in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 9 Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire. 10 Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wallwith existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts orG.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforcedbarbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) 11 Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, reocrd racks, roof work, gates etc, wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessry and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc & their fixing required for proper completion of the work. 12 RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T beam and slab roofs and RCC cloumns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. 13 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 14 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approvedstone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid. Excluding GST. 15 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work 16 Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 17 Supply of JCB machine with POL & operator 18 Supply of Tractor & trrolly include driver & POL 19 Supply of Beldar (unskilled) Granolethic cutter / collie / mazdor 20 Supply of sweepers with tools 21 Supply of mate 22 Tractor with water Tanker 6 kl capacity including driver & POL (8 Hour) 23 Welding plant with operator without rod & power 24 Gardener 25 Providing and laying rubber moulded reptective Zig-Zag 80 mm thick interlocking tiles of precast compressed cement concreteof 30 mpa (M-30)compressive strength ISI Marked made by table vibratory method, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with ganga sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineerin-Chargeincluding supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. 26 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. 27 Retro-Reflective Sheeting type-IV with 4 mm thick ACM Double Side: 3 Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 10.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to ba fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retra reflective sheeting with back back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends. letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No 801.3.7. The sheeting shall have a pressure sensitive adhesive of the aggressive tack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Black frame MS Angle with riveting Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4356-09 shall be Pressure fixed The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance. shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if se desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender The rate shall include all materials labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as par direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Providing and laying vltrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all coloures & shade in skirting riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg / sqm including the joint with white cement & matching elements etc complete size of tile 600x600mm 29 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang swa cut) mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished , machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sillis, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade colour and txture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy youch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels (slab area above 0.50 sqm)
