The bidder is requested to quote a consolidated amount for the end-to-end execution of the tour program.This includes, but is not limited to:• Pre-tour responsibilities such as planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development• Vendor coordination and resource mobilization• Travel, visa processing, flight bookings, accommodation, and food arrangements• Logistics planning including local transport and sanitation kits• Communication and documentation support for the entire program• Safety and contingency measures, including emergency response planning• During-tour responsibilities, including caretaker management, vehicle logistics, cultural immersion activities, participant engagement, and itinerary execution• Social media and public relations support for tour promotion and visibility• Post-tour responsibilities, such as feedback collection, program review, documentation, and handover of all program materialsThe quoted amount should comprehensively cover all the above elements without any hidden or extra charges and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
