Tender For Service contract for SGTPP UNIT-3 BOILER OVERHAULING FOR PRESSURE PARTS, SOOT BLOWERS FOR BOILER STEAMING LICENSE RENEWAL IN OCT-NOV, 2025- 1 Overhauling of boiler drum 2 Scaffolding at first pass of the boiler(furnace zone) with top of bottom ash hopper sealin 3 Cleaning of furnace Zone, Div. panel,PLSH,RH 1st stage, RH 2nd stage, arch area by HP water Jet 4 Scaffolding at Economiser, LTSH Zoneand cleaning of Economiser Zone and LTSH, Screen area byLP water 5 Butt Joint (Insertion of tube) ofof Economiser & Water wall and Eco Hanger tubes. 6 Butt Joint (Insertion of tube) of LTSH(Including of LTSH hanger tubes), SH tubes . Other than T91 tubes 7 Butt joint(Insertion of tube) of T91tubes without SR. 8 Butt joint(Insertion of tube) of T22tubes 9 Dissimilar butt joints of coil 10 Removal and fitting of tube guard(new) 11 Maximum 6 Inch length guard tubefitting as where requirement (Cutting/fitting/welding included) and cassette baffle repositioning 12 Removal and fitting of new CassetteBaffle 13 Inspection and run welding ofeconomiser hopper& non PR parts area (Run welding)etc. 14 Deposition of weld metal on tubes/stubs/header etc. 15 LTSH coil (Pair) lifting, inspectionrepairing and fitting with proper alignment. Per coil means either upper or lower bank 16 Economiser coil(Pair) lifting,inspection repairing and fitting with proper alignment. Per pai rmeans coil with tripple banks 17 Alignment of Div.panel,Platen, RHFront, RH Rear coil, LTSH,Eco coil and Spacer tube. Removing of support,flex and ties and refixing are included. 18 Replacement of HP valve of size 1 inchby straight tube or new valve 19 Replacement of HP valve of size 2 inchby new valve 20 Replacement of HP valve of size 3 inchby new valve 21 Fabrication of different sizes of bends, U-loops etc. 22 Replacement of boiler metal tempprobe. 23 Casing/membrance strip welding 24 D-metering of boiler tubes in allthe high pressure zones of the boiler viz. LTSH, Economiser,DivSH,PSH, Front R/H, Rear R/H, Screen, furnace wall, roof tubes etc(as per direction of EIC) 25 Radiography of pressure partswelding joints 26 Stress relieving of welding jointsper day 27 Servicing of scaffolding door atboiler & pent house 28 Servicing of manholes and peepholes of boiler 29 Scafolding below the bottom ash hopper for inspection of woven wire cloth and scallop plates and if found damage fixing of damage scallop plates 30 Anchor fitting for refractory workat different location of the boiler. 31 Lance tube replacement of LRSBwith scaffolding 32 Wall soot blower (88 nos) servicing. Lance tube length adjustment, cleaning, greasing, compartmentrepair. 33 DPT at inside of stub joint, wind boxand four corner of furnace.
