Interior Decoration Work Of The Lounge Area Of The Annex Building Of Jbnsts- 1 Dismantling & Demolishing Works : Washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado. 2 Removing old scales, blisters etc. of interior surface of walls,ceiling by scraping etc. and preparing smooth and even surface with rendering or cement mortar (1:2) (as necessary), to make the surface suitable for receiving distemper. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge) 3 Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface 5 Wooden Wall Panelling Works : Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/Lipping]. 12 mm thick. 6 Wooden Wall Panelling Works : Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/Lipping]. 19 mm thick. 7 Supplying fitting, fixing decorative lamination conforming to IS: 2046 : 1995 as per approved make, brand, finish and thickness with fitting, fixing the same on Particle/MDF / Ply Boards with recommended / approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment as per direction of Engineer-incharge. The rate includes the cost of labour, adhesive and all incidental charges thereof. In ground floor. Glossy/Matt/Suede excluding surface texture or metallic lustre. Thickness of laminate 1mm 8 Supplying fitting, fixing fluted wooded wall panelling over wooden frame srtucture backing. Top finished is PU paint . The panelling is fixed with necessary screews, or others tool . The complete work is done as per direction of Engineer-incharge. The rate includes the cost of labour, adhesive and all incidental charges thereof. In ground floor. 9 Soft Board Panelling Works : Supplying, fitting and fixing 12 mm thk Soft Board with colth covering panel works are fixed on existing wooden panel . Soft Board is fixed own frame tructure. Size and colour is as per architectural drawing or concern authority. The complete work is done as per direction in Engineer in charge. 10 Reception DeskWorks: Making a wooden Reception Desk size4100 x 900 x 800 & 300 additionalwith 19mm boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make. Top finished is done with 1.5mm thick decorative laminate conforming to IS: 2046 : 1995 as per approved make, brand. The Cabinet is fitted and fixed with necessary screews, gum and fitting fixtures . The design of cabinet is as per architectural design . The complete works is done as perEngineer-in-Charge. [The labour, transportation , fitting fixture , eletricity etc. are included in the rate.) 11 False Ceiling Works : M.F. suspended ceiling made with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum plaster board including G.I. perimeter channel of 0.55 mm flush (having two flanges 20 mm and 30 mm respectively and web 27 mm ) along with perimeter of ceiling with G.I.intermediate channel of 0.9 mm thick size 45 mmx15mm placed at 750 mm c/c with G.I. ceiling angle of size 25 mmx10mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to the ceiling with G.I. Cleat and steel expansion fastener ceiling section 0.55 mm thick of size 51.50 mmx26mm fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clip and in the direction of perpendicular to the intermediate channel of 300 mm c/c 12.5 mm thick Gypsum plastered board are to be fixed under ceiling section as above by machine screws. The boards are to be joined and finished with jointing compound, paper tape and application of top coat etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The complete work is done as per Direction-in-Charge. 14 False Ceiling Frame Structure : Supply and fixing of false ceiling Powder coted GI Tprofile channel as site requerment, galvanizedmild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8 mm outer diameterM-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest onperiphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thicksheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester bakedpaint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.(same material matched as per existing material). Two Coat -Solvent based interior grade Acrylic Primer ,Ground Floor 17 Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and celling sand papering in intermediate coats including putty.Luxary Quality ( Two coats)Ground Floor 18 Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. Ground Floor 19 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary:On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) Ground Floor 20 Toughened Glass Works : Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835-1987; coloured, toughened glass conforming to IS: 2553-1992 (part-II). The glass panel is 10mm thickness and it isfixed with Stainless Stell Studs. The colour is Choosed as per view or Concern Authority. The Complete work is done as per direction in Engineer in Charge. 21 Blind Works : Supplying, fitting & fixing roller blinds(horizontal blinds) of approved brand including all materials & labour complete as per specification & direction of Owner/Architect. 22 Photo Works : Supplying, hanging & fixing various size of photoes frame . The photoes frame are fixed on wooden wall panel. Thecomplete works are done as per specification & direction of Owner/Architect. 23 FilmWorks : Supplying, fixing Film works as per design or architectural view .Thecomplete works are done as per specification & direction of Owner/Architect. 24 Furniture Works : Sofaa) Supplying, fixingof best &premium qualitysofa with armrest-LH & Armrest-RH for Under structure: Seat & Body under structure is made of combination of water proof plywood & pinewood members. Plywood is 12± 1mmthk. (moisture resistance & termite proof as per IS:303) & pine wood are cross section (22x64, x22x 40, x22x 100 & 34 x 64)mm are without major knots & defects on the surface. 3.8mm zigzag spring asly. Is mounted on the seat structure with springmounting plastic clip for support & additional cushioning purpose. Paper coated MS rod is connected with all the spring with clips to give strength to the spring. Non-woven fabric is stapled on the seat structure frame above the spring asly. To avoid the tearing of seat PU foam with the surface contact of metal spring. Complete under structure is made by gluing, nailing & stapling. 3mm MDF & 2mm cardboard is stapled on the structure for PU foam sticking surface or for upholstery stapling reference. Back Top Cushion & Armrest under structure is made of combination is 12± 1mm, 6± 1mm plywood &pine (moisture resistance & termite proof as per IS:303) wood of 22x40 mm & combination 12± 1mm, 6± 1mm plywood, 3mm MDF & pine wood 22x40 for small corner with gluing & stapling. Two number of cushion belts are provide in the back rest plywood for enhanced comfort. Powder coated MS hook of 1.2mm thk. Are mounted on the back side of cushion for mounting the cushion with the body structure.b) Foam: Seat is made of PU foam with density 28Kg/cum. With an additional top layer of super soft PU foam with density 32Kg/cum. Recron sheet of 200GSM is wrapped & glued above this seat top foam. Seat front bottom vertical surface is glued with the PU foam with density 28kg/cum. Side vertical surface, body front taper vertical, back vertical surface & top horizontal surface is glued with PU foam with density 28kg/cum. Back Top Cushion is made of two layers of super soft PU foam with density 32Kg/cum. One additional layer of memory foam of density 70kg/cum given on the super soft foam layers in the backrest cushion for enhanced comfort. Recron sheet of 200GSM or leatherette option is wrapped & glued above this foam. Armrest is made of super soft PU foam with density 32Kg/cum. . Recron sheet of 200GSM or leatherette option is wrapped & glued above this foam. c) Upholstery: Seat, Armrest & Back Top Cushion Top upholstery is made in the dual tone colour with polyester pattern fabric & leatherette option. Leg: Back top Cushion are fitted with the seat & body structure with the M6 Butterfly nut & washer on top surface & MS hook on taper front body structure.(1no Cushion for1 seater sofa) Leg: Plastic PP moulded legs are used & fitted at the bottom surface with the chipped screws. Before fixing legs no- woven fabric is stapled on the bottom surface to cover the structure. The products should be tested as per BIFMA standards. The product should have ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001-2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications, BIFMA SILVER or FIRA & IGBC Green GREENGUARD certified. The complete work is done as per Direction-in-Charge. 29 Digital Display Panel : Supplying, Fittjng ,commission and installation digital Display panel , the size of Panel 375 x 1250 , 2nos& 400 x 1250 , 2nos . All lobour charges, Electricty, Supplying , wire and others necessary tools, screw etc are included in this rate.The complete work is done as per Direction-in-Charge.
