Service provider should be an Indian company certified as per ISO Standards.2. Service provider should have DSIR Certification3. Service provider should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Genomics and Bioinformatics.4. Minimum 2 years’ revenue, Income tax return, P&L should be submitted along with the attachment of company registration and share certificate.5. Need to provide a certificate that sample processing & sequencing will be done in India6. Minimum 50-100 publications in last 5-10 years should be provided from Indian academia clients.7. Include sample shipment in cost submitted.8. Service provider will take concurrence of the client before proceeding to each step i.e from DNA QC to data generation.9. Wet lab workflow and Analysis Pipeline should be executed as per the Indenters project requirement. Any deviation from the specification will not be allowed without prior approval from the PI.10. Need to provide certificates that all technical points mentioned in specification followed and no change will be done from it.11. On-site Bioinformatics training should be provided for 1 week12. The client should be able to visit the vendor at any point of time to monitor the workflow.
