and any depth removing the sludge/solid content from the manhole/sewer line by manual/ mechanical method and also cleaning the sewage line of any dia and at any depth either by water pressure or by any other flushing or roding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements soas to remove the blockage and making the sewer lines and manhole fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in SW Zone complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The complaint shall be cleared/rectified to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge . 28 Desilting of septic tank of any size, type and any depth and removing the sludge/solid content from the septic tankt by manual/ mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the septic tank fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab etc complete all as specified and directed. 29 Desilting of soakage pit of any size, type and any depth and removing the sludge/solid content from the soakage pit by manual/ mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the soakage pit fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab etc complete all as specified and directed. 30 Cutting into exisiting manholes for connecting new drains, making good topipes and rendering ,cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel, halfround or 3/4 section in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe150mm etc complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Excavation in trenchesnot exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation , etc not exceeding 10sq.m on plan andnot exceeding 1.5m in depth and gettingout insoft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 32 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm In soft/ loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed. 33 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point,in soils etc complete all as specified and directed. 34 S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet (squatt pan) orrisa pattern 580x440 mm size pan white withfront or back inlet with integral foot rests including provn of lime concrete bedding including connections to flushing cistern/pipe complete all as specified and directed including 100mm CI P trap etc complete all as specified and directed. 35 Supply and fixing as in replacement vitreous Chinawash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) 110mm dia bore with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, fixing bolts, with coloured PVC seat cover etc complete all as specified and directed.Make: Parryware Cat No C0278 for water closet, Cat No C8071 EWC Standard for PVC seat cover or equivalent approved make as approved by GE. 36 Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including demolition of laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description complete all as specified and as directed. 37 Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6)including demolition of laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
