Tender For Repair Of Charpoy/ Bed Hard Under Ge (N) Mamun.; 1 Repairs to Bed Hard Steel with replacement of followingitems (components) with new, material complete and all as specified. FD/E6/MAP/8 (R) 2 Plywood top 12mm thick BWR both side commercial. 3 Head board 18mm thick PLPB exterier grade duly beaded. 4 Foot board 18mm thick PLPB exterier grade duly beaded. 5 Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint Black over a coat of metal primer after scrubbing all the old paint preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. 6 Replacement of old unsv stiffeners with new made out of MS tube duly painted of sizeas per drg. 7 Replacement of unsv buffer with new plastic/rubber buffer of suitable size. 8 Repairs to Charpoy IP Hard Top with replacement of followingitems (components) with new, material complete and all as specified. FD/MAP-II/01 9 Top 12mm thick BWR both side commercial. 10 Replacement of old unsv stiffeners with new made out of MS tube duly painted of sizeas per drg. 11 Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint Black over a coat of metal primer after scrubbing all the old paint preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. 12 Replacement of unsv buffer with new plastic/rubber buffer of suitable size. 13 BED HARD WITH PLY TOP (FD-246, FD-247) : The following repairs shall be carried out to Bed hard with ply top and replecement the unserviceable parts :- 14 Replacement of unsv head board and S&F new along with two legsmade out of first class teak wood alround the TW beading all as per drg. 15 All as per item No 3.01 but for foot board 16 All as per item No 3.01 but long rail with new made out of first class TW2100x100x40mm all as per drg 17 All as per item No 3.01stifferners with new made out of Ist class TW as per drg 18 Replacement of unsv plywood top and S&F plywood 12mm thick BWR grade 19 All exposed surfaces (wooden) shall be french polished after prepration of surfaces with sand paper as directed 20 Charpoy GI Pipe nylon Newar,FD-220 21 Taking out old unserviceable nylon newar, and making charpoy fully tight, after tightening all joints with checknuts, pipes with elbow including making threads where necessary and reweavingcharpoy with 50mm wide Ist class white colourclosely woven (minimum 34 bands on long rail and 14 bands on short rail. Ends of newar shall be stitched with nylon thread by giving one fold with pipe. weight of newar shall not be exceed 1.5 kg per charpoy. 22 Taking out old unserviceable GI elbow and supply and fixing new 3 way GI elbow 32 MM bore, ISI marked complete all as specified and shown on drawing. 23 Taking out old unserviceable check nuts,SF32mm bore check nuts,all shown and specified in drag. 24 Making 1 Inch threads at the ends ofon rail/Short rails by removingtorn out threads and welding GI pipe of suitable size where necessary as directed. 25 Charopy IP Folding, FD-388(R) 26 Taking out old unsv ply top of charpoy Folding and SF new Top 7 mm thick.BWR Plywood as shown and specified in drg. 27 Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint OG after scrubbing all the old paint preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. 28 Replacement of unsv buffer with new plastic/rubber buffer of suitable size.
