(ii )The area of this contract is very critical for safety reason so as to contractor has to arrange 24X7 hours fault locating machine and jointing kit when fault occurs and when denied by the contractor, double of quoted rate as panelty will be imposed by Engineer-in-Charge . (iii) Fault to be located within 3 hours of report failing which penality @ Rs. 1000/- per hour to be charged for delay.
2M&L for rewinding of burnt out HT/LTcoils of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 1500 KVA with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and proper number of turns alongwith insulating material i.e leatheroid, paper insulation, cotton tapes, empire tapes, wooden block packings, PVC sleeves, soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish , colding/drying etc complete all as specified and directed.
3Taking down/dismantling and refixing of any capacity of transformer byusing Hydra mechine/suitable crane complete and including tranportation shifting toapproved manufacturer/Workshop including testing and commissioning all as directed.Note- Dismantling and disconnecting HT cable and LT cables and refixingafter rewinding and Transportation from 13 BRD to Workshop and workshop to 13 BRD will be paid as one job
4Disconnecting of all electric connection of defective distribution transformer 11/0.433 KV outdoor /indoor type , Opening top cover of transformer , taking outinsulating oil uptolowerlevelofbushing and keeping in clean & dry container (oil to be reused) forreplacementofHT/LT Bushing , gasketsetcincudingrefixingthesame and refilling the drained out transformer oil complete, reconnectionetccomplete all as specified and directed Note :- Spare part and repair will be measured and paid for separately.

37M&L for painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of snthetic enamel paintby spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No , capacity of transformers of following capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The contractor has to arrange their own local generator for supply to the spray painting machine.

44Material and Labour for synthetic insulation mat confirming to IS 15652/2006,2.5 mm thick, suitable for 11 KV substation all as specified and as directed.Make: Jyothi orSafevolt or Burhani associate.
45Caliberation of Micro processor based numerical relay by conducting primary injection on rescpective CTs and secondary injection tests on relays,checking of current transformer including CTR Ratio, IR Value, CT Secondary Resistance Measurement Test, rectifiation of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs, relays and tripping coils,adjustment/setting of the relay to restrict fault to upstream breakers,re-installation of the relay in circuit complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE:- (a) The contractor shall provide necessary testing kits, testisng equipments,tools etc andshall also prepare the detailed test reports panel wise duly bound and submit to the department. Rate for the kits and equipment is deemed to be included in rate quoted. Testing and turning shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge to the satisfaction of department, failingwhich payment for the above item will notbe made to the contractor. No claim from the contractor be enterained on this account.(b) Rate is inclusive of setting the parameters in differential relay and connecting after carrying out necessary polarity tests etc (C) This item includes all routine test of VCB for proper tripping in case of fault and tripping time should be set lesser than GE (U) Delhi Sekhawati Grid end so as to fault will not feed back to GE (U) Delhi Sekhawati Grid .The contractor has to collect the data of tripping time from GE (U) Delhi Sekhawati Gridand tripping time should be set lesser timing in our end. All control wiring of VCB should be cleaned and serviced and change the unserviceable part as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. The u/s item will be paid sepeartely. (d) Contractor will take the prior permission for shutdown of HT Line in written at least one week in advance for getting permission from user by MES to avoid any administration issue.Note- The test should be done be authorised dealer of VCB.
46Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of capacity up to 800A, of any make, 11 KV,for servicing and re-assembling complete, comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Quoted rate is inclusive for the following services:-(i)Taking out the VCB from the enclosure & checking the serviceability of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments and re-assembling the unitcomplete.(ii) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CTC/CRC to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection ofbushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misallignment of contacts.(iii) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the interval surface carefully for any charging/trackings,replacement of bushings.(iv) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping trough closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning adjustments complete for the following.(v) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor alongwith gear box including servicing to the motor commulator bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc.(vi) Cost of additional hardware like, bolts, nuts , washers and spring washers, petrolium jelly ctc, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (vii) Making functional by carrying out minor repairs all the non functional circuits and indicating system like VCB Trip, CB ON, CB OFF, CB Service, Spring Charging etc(viii) Test shall include IR, CRM and time Test.(ix) Contractor will take the prior permission for shutdown of HT Line in written at least one week in advance for getting permission from user by MES to avoid any administration issue. Note : The u/s item will be paid sepeartely. Note- The test should be done be authorised dealer of SF6.
