    Tender For Complete Refrigerant Charging, Leak Arrest, Component Repair, And Supply Of Accessories For Split Ac At Cfs, Chennai Complete Refrigerant Charging as per manufacturer specifications Complete evacuation of existing refrigerant, vacuuming of the system, leak testing, and full charging of refrigerant. Nos 7 2 Top-up of Refrigerant Gas as per manufacturer specifications Partial charging of refrigerant to restore optimal pressure levels. Includes leak detection and pressure testing. Refrigerant type to match existing system. Nos 6 3 Indoor Unit Leak Arrest a) Dismantling of the indoor unit (if required) to access leak points b) Leak repair through brazing, sealing, or component replacement c) Refixing and reinstallation of the indoor unit post-repair d) Vacuuming and pressure testing to ensure leak-free operation e) Final commissioning and performance check Nos 2 4 Dismantling and Reinstallation of Split AC (Indoor & Outdoor) Safe dismantling of indoor and outdoor units, including disconnection of electrical and refrigerant lines.
