    Servicing of Air Condition machines installead at Mayurakshi Bhawan & SCADA building at Massanjore, MCC combined office building, rest shed at Suri (I) colony and SCADA Building at Tilpara Barrage, during the year 2025-26.- 1 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and servicing of Air conditioning machine of following ratings. 2 i) 1.0 Ton split type 3 ii) 1.5 Ton split & Cassette type both. 4 iii) 2.0 Ton split & Cassette type both 5 Gas charging (R410A/Eco Friendly Green Gas) of window/split air conditioning unit including flushing of cooling & condensing units with nitrogen gas & rectification of leakage, replacement of filter, flair nut etc. if any. 6 i) 1.5 TR. 7 ii) 2.0 TR. 8 Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS : 15778 - 2007) Rigid CPVC drain water piping 6 kg/ cm2 with fittings like elbow, socket, Tee etc& support with MS hanger on ceiling or recessed in wall with chasing & plastering with 6 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation complete in all respect, 20mm dia. 9 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of suction/discharge copper pipe line in split air conditioning unit 1.0/1.5 TR/2 TR/3 TR capacity including brazing, nitrile rubber insulation 6/9mm thick class O, etc complete as required, Copper tube 3/8.
