Tender For Supplying Canteen Service Of Ladies Hostel. Ceiling rate for meal (Lunch & Dinner) :- Lunch - Rice, Dal, Bhaja, one common vegetable, Fish/Chicken, (one additional veg item for vegetarian only) Dinner- Rice/Roti, Dal, Bhaja, one common vegetable, Egg/Paneer. (one additional veg item for vegetarian only) In case of big fish (Ruhi/Katla) 01 (one) (Weight 50 gm) per student have to be offered and in case of small fish (i.e. Chara Pona) 02 (two) pieces of standard size per boarder have to be offered. In case of chicken minimum 03 (three) pes (120 gm to 150 gm in total) have to be offered to the boarders.
