Bio-Char Plant – Capacity 300 TPDDesigning, supplying, constructing, installing, testing, and commissioning of Bio-Char plant at Moshi Depot in Pimpri Chinchwad with capacity of 300 TPD which includes design and execution of all associated civil works including other essential infrastructure. Also including transportation of required equipment to the project site (including freight and import charges), installation, and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, and processing equipment. The plant shall be equipped with, minimum required as directed by engineer in charge which also includes a wet waste dryer, main furnace, charcoal production unit, crusher, pulverizer, briquetting machine, scrubbers, portable lifting crane, and chimney if requires. All works are to be delivered as a single complete unit in accordance with relevant technical standards and best industry practices. Which includes minimum operation & maintenance charges, drawings & design should be submitted before execution of approval and consent.

Belt Sludge Dryer Plant - capacity of 100 TPD (36,500 TPA)Designing, supplying, constructing, installing, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, testing, and commissioning of Belt Sludge Dryer at Moshi Depot in Pimpri Chinchwad with capacity of 100 TPD (36,500 TPA) which includes design and execution of all associated civil works including other essential infrastructure. Also including transportation of required equipment to the project site (including freight and import charges), installation, and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, and processing equipment. The plant shall be equipped with, minimum required as directed by engineer in charge which also includes Belt Dryer, Flexible hose, Pellet former, Condensation unit, Heat exchangers, Ventilation equipment, Exhaust air treatment system, Acid scrubber, Alkaline scrubber if requires. All works are to be delivered as a single complete unit in accordance with relevant technical standards and best industry practices. Which includes minimum operation & maintenance charges, drawings & design should be submitted before execution of approval and consent.
