Tender For Repairs To Certain Roads At Admin And Tech Area At Af Stn Borgad; 1 Material and labour for repair to pot holesnot exc 1 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and by applying tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m putting in premixed bituminous macadum well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg/10Sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 over bituminous macadam surfaces all as specified.complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for repairs to unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc., by filling premixed bituminous macadam using VG-30 paving bitumen @ 4% by weight to total mix laid by material power, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tone vibratory power roller (consolidated thickness of 75 mm or less) and laid by (using computerized hot mix plant and mechanical paver) complete all as specified and directedNote:-(i) The rates to be worked out by the contractor for quoting their rate for this item is on the basis of binder content of 4% of the total mix by weight. At the time of actual design mix for the bitumen content more than the specified percentage contractor shall not be reimbursed any extra cost and bitumen content less than the specified percentage then rate shall be adjusted on minus side based on prevailing rate of bitumen. 4 Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness), using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @5.5% binder content by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The rates to be worked out by the contractor for quoting their rate for this item is on the basis of binder content of 5.5% of the total mix by weight. Solar cell poly-crystalline silicon/single-crystalline silicon storage of battery super capacitor (50F), light of source super luminosity LED, Luminous mode varying type/constant type, Work of time more than 120 hrs for varying type and above 48 hours for constant type(standard luminosity intensity), work of circumstance 25 to 75 degree , material aluminium alloy and polycarbonate, IP rating IP68 resist compression 30 TOs, service of life 5 years(super capacitor), view distance over 800m all as specified and as directed.
