Replacement Of Couplings And Other Allied Works Of Set No 02 At Lawrence Road- 1 Closing of suction and delivery valves for pump set No. 2 to carry out works with the help of manual labour. 2 Decoupling the pump from motor for pump sets by removing of coupling and nut bolts from pump and motor with the help of manual labour, Hammer, Puller etc. and disconnections of cables form motor terminal. Cutting of nut and bolt with use of gas cutter as required. 3 Taking out the rotating assembly of the pump No.2 from bottom to floor level with help of manual Labour by dismantling of pump and taking out rotating assembly from the pump. 4 Supply of good quality nut, bolts with washer of different size. 5 Supply & fixing of body stud as per sample. 6 Supply of 50% Neoprene rubber Sheet 4mm thick Make: Jyoti/National. 7 Strengthening of RCC foundation, plastering and making wet layer of cement for the foundation including Shuttering etc. as required and filling the gap of RCC foundation as per site requirement to increase the strength of foundation by cement concrete work with the help of manual labour to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. 8 Supply & fixing of GM sleeve for pump as per original size. 9 Supply & fixing of GM efficiency-ring of pump as per original size. 10 Supply & fixing of GM bush for sleeve as per size. 11 Repairing of shaft welding, threatening, machining for bearing size and key way. 12 Supply & fixing of gland plate, SS stud as per sample. 13 Supply & fixing of tyre Coupling set of TC-23 or equivalent as per site reqiurement. Make Unique/Fenner/djb approved 14 Supply & Fixing of M.S Chuck nut 15 Re-assembling rotating assembly of pump No.2 of after fixing of sleeve, nut, efficiency-ring & packing of suitable size for the pump to make the joint leak proof 16 Balancing of the pump impeller as per site requirement 17 Fixing of coupling set on the pump & motor with key job i/c proper alignment of pump and motor on the base frame by replacement of nut bolt. 18 Supply of lubricant grease Make Servo/ Castrol 19 Making electric connection of motor with proper thumbing, taping etc. and making end terminations, routing of cable as per site requirement. 20 Opening of suction and delivery valves with the help of manual labour, testing and commissioning of pump set No. 2, first at no load and then at full load, to and cartage i.e., loading and unloading etc.
