Replacement Of Pump Set No 2 At Dp Block Pitampura Sps In Shalimar Bagh Constituency- 1 Replacement of P/Set No. 2 at DP Block Pitampura SPS by carrying out the following work.Decoupled of existing old motor and pump base frame by opening of motor and pumps, removing of coupling from shaft of pump and motor by using puller and making all required arrangement and disconnections of cables form motor terminal. 2 Supply of 150 mm dia MS black pipe B class Make: Jindal / Tata 3 Supply of 150 mm dia CI double flangedSluice Valve, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar / IVC/ DJB approved 4 Supply of 150 mm dia CI double flanged NRV, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar / IVC/DJB approved 5 Making and Supply of MS flange 150 mm dia heavy duty holes as per site requirement 6 S/o of main switch unit of 400 amp/ equivalent of reputed brand. Make: L&T/C&S/BCH 7 S/O changeover having 400 amp capacity and making the incoming connections to the Panel by making required Cable connections between the main supply and the panel after laying and proper thimbling etc. of cable including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement. 8 S/o 70W±5% LED street light complete fitting with SP MCB Make:-Havells/Philips/Bajaj/Crompton or any other approved by DJB. 9 S/o fire extinguisherco2 type 4.5 kg. Make: Flame clog/ Impulse fire 10 Supply of sewage p/set modle SHM-150/26 or equivalent, 15 Meter Head, Discharge: 390 m3/hr, suction delivery 150 x150 mm dia with C.I.Impeller & EN Shaft & gland packed. Make: - M&P / Kirlosker / Becon/ Approved 11 Supply of 35 sq. mm single core copper flexible cable working voltage up to 1100 volt Make: Polycab / Havells / Grandlay/ ICC/ ICL/ Universal/CCI/djb approved. 12 Fabrication/Fixing MS channel base frame suitable for 150/26 model sewage pump set with the help of suitable welding work and material of suitable size channel. 13 Supply of coupling set suitable for above pump and motor including making bore as per shaft size of pump and motor and making keyway 14 Supply of Neoprene Rubber sheet Having 50% neoprene, 3mm thickness. Make: Jyoti/ Worth/National. 15 Supply of Nut bolt & Washer of off size. 16 Dismantling of pump set form the base frame after closing the suction and delivery valve to leak proof the system with the help of blank dead flange as per required size. 17 Removing of MS base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with hammer machine, gas cutter etc. and taking out of complete MS frame to a suitable place of pump house. 18 Making of cement concrete foundation suitable for above P/set with all material like cement concrete sand, plastering i/c supply and grouting of foundation bolt etc as per site requirement. 19 Making suitable arrangement to support the base channel as per site conditionto lift up to the suitable height (approximate 1 Meter ) as per requirement by providing MS I section of suitable size and casting of CC foundation by providing 1:2:4 ratio. 20 Fixing of fabricated MS foundation base frame on the RCC foundation plastering/ filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of manual labour. 21 Making of suction and delivery lines of suitable size gap pieces by cutting of pipes, welding from both sides and laying completely alignment of pipe line with required nut bolt, rubber packing’s, tool & tackles i.e. welding machine, gas cutting arrangements andpainting of lines & base frame specialsby taking all safety guidelines as per instruction of Engineer in Charge 22 Installation ofnew pump 150/26 model end suction sewage pump with the new 40 HP induction motor on base channel with complete alignment on foundation bolts grouting as per site requirement, all above electrical items, laying of cables & making all electrical connection, thimbling & taping in all respect. 23 Painting of complete allE&M equipments like valve, motor, NRV, flanges etc. after scrubbing the rust from emery paper with double coat of primer 24 Transportation charges for to and fro of men and material including loading and unloading etc. at a suitable place of material as per instruction of site incharge 25 Testing and commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and for its proper operation as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
