    Renovation Of Nrv And Other Allied Works Of Pump Set No 3 In Tu Block Pitampura Sps- Renovation of NRV and other allied works of P/Set No. 3 at TU Block Pitampura SPS by carrying out the following work.S/O Nut bolts with washers 2 S/O Rubber packing 400 mm dia. 3 S/O Cast Iron Single Flanged Non Return Valve of size 400 mm,PN-1.0 suitable for 10 KG seat pressure & 16 kg body pressure,(standard valve) IS-5312,Part-1 4 O ring for dismantle joint 5 Dismantling the 400 mm NRV & 400 mm sluice valve from the existing system on delivery side after dismantling the dismantle joint by cutting old rusted nut bolts of all flanges with the help of gas cutter & manual labour i/c taking out all i.e. 400 mm NRV, 400 mm Sluice valve & 400 mm dismantle joint from the line and shifted them to the working platform by using HOT crane & manual labour by compiling all safety measures to avoid any accident at site. The job Includes dismantling all the items one by one and respectively shifting them to working plate form. 6 Scraping of old packing sheet from all the flanges with the help of scrappers and emery papers by using manual labour. 7 Shifting of all items one by one from working platform to work place by using HOT crane & manual labour and fixing of 400 mm dismantle joint with pump then fixing 400 mm NRV then fixing 400 mm Sluice valve & then in the last 400 mm MS pipe gap piece in the existing line by using new nut bolts & rubber packing, proper tightening the nut bolts to avoid any leakage. 8 Testing of the line on pressure for any leakage after running the pump on full load etc. as reqd.
