Flange Make: - Ganesh / Approved make by DJB 5 S/O of 100 mm Dia PN 1.0 Sluice Valve Make : KBL/IVC 6 S/O of 150 mm Dia PN 1.0 Sluice Valve Make : KBL/IVC 7 S/O of 100 mm Dia PN 1.0 NRV Make : - KBL/IVC 8 Providing & fixing of 100 mm foot valve, IS :4038, PN-1.0Make: - IVC / Kirloskar / Approved by DJB 9 Providing & fixing of 150 mm foot valve, IS :4038, PN-1.0Make: - IVC / Kirloskar / Approved by DJB 10 S/O Nut Bolt of suitable size good quality 11 S/O of 100 mm Dia M.S.Long Bend Make: - Ganesh /Approved make by DJB 12 S/O 50% Neoprene sheet for packing Make : - Jyoti / Approved by DJB 13 Dismantling of old damage line & valves.Fixing of New sluice valves, NRV, bend,pipes and specialsby manual labour, taking all safety measures and making arrangement for dewatering etc. with proper welding, alignment, tightening the nut bolts, fixing of the packing sheet, making the joint leak proof. 14 Dismantling of pump sets by disconnecting of power connections from motor, de- coupling of motor and pump , cutting of foundation bolt, dismantling of suction and delivery pipes, / special, closing of valves taking out pump motor and specials from dry sump/ pump house with the help of crane and labour and keep it at safe place of pump house. 15 Fixing of newly fabricated MS foundation base frame on the RCC foundation plastering/ filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of SS nut as required. 16 Re- assembling of suction and delivery / specials after removing of blind flange from suction and delivery side, fixing of pump motor to couple the motor with pump with the help of coupling re-alignment of pump and motor making electric connection of motor. 17 Testing and commissioning of pump set on load and no load i.e cartage, painting etc. as required
