supply installation commissioning Of Sewage Pump Set For Increasing Installed Pump Capacity In Shalimar Village Sps- 1 SIC of sewage pump set for increasing installed pump capacity in Shalimar Village SPS by carrying out the following work:- Decoupled of existing old motor and pump base frame by opening of motor and pumps, removing of coupling from shaft of pump and motor by using puller and making all required arrangement and disconnections of cables form motor terminal. 2 Supply of 250 mm dia MS black pipe B class Make: Jindal / Tata 3 Supply of 150 mm dia MS black pipe B class Make: Jindal / Tata 4 Supply of 150 mm dia CI double flangedSluice Valve, P.N- 1.0 Make:Kirloskar / IVC/ DJB approved 5 Supply of 150 mm dia CI double flanged NRV, P.N- 1.0 Make: Kirloskar / IVC/DJB approved 6 Supply of M.S. Band, M.S. Taper, M.S. flange, heavy duty and other fabricated fittings of required size as per site requirement. 7 Supply of sewage p/set model SHM-150/32 or equivalent, 25 Meter Head, Discharge: 390 m3/hr, suction delivery 150 x150 mm dia with C.I. Impeller & EN-8 Shaft with 50 HP, 4 pole/1440 RPM fan cooled (TEFC) squirrel cage induction motor (IE2) (Enclosure confirming to protection IP 55) Horizontal foot mounted induction motor, continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+-10%, 50 Hz+-5% AC supply with class ‘F’ Insulation& gland packed, mounted on MS base frame with coupling, coupling guard.Make of pump: - M&P / Kirlosker / Becon/ / DJB approved makeMake of motor:- Bharat Bijlee/C.G./ABB/ DJB approved make 8 Supply of 35 sq. mm single core copper flexible cable working voltage upto1100voltMake:Polycab/Havells/Grandlay/ICC/ICL/Universal/CCI/djb approved. 9 Supply of Neoprene Rubber sheet Having 50% neoprene, 3 mm thickness.Make: Jyoti/ Worth/National. 10 Supply of Nut bolt & Washer of off size. 11 Dismantling of pump set form the base frame after closing the suction and delivery valve to leak proof the system with the help of blank dead flange as per required size. 12 Removing of MS base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with hammer machine, gas cutter etc. and taking out of complete MS frame to a suitable place of pump house. 13 Making of cement concrete foundation suitable for above P/set with all material like cement concrete sand, plastering i/c supply and grouting of foundation bolt etc as per site requirement. 14 Making suitable arrangement to support the base channel as per site conditionto lift up to the suitable height (approximate 1 Meter ) as per requirement by providing MS I section of suitable size and casting of CC foundation by providing 1:2:4 ratio. 15 Fixing of fabricated MS foundation base frame on the RCC foundation plastering/ filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of manual labour. 16 Making of suction and delivery lines of suitable size gap pieces by cutting of pipes, welding from both sides and laying completely alignment of pipe line with required nut bolt, rubber packing’s, tool &tackles i.e. welding machine, gas cutting arrangements andpainting of lines & base frame specialsby taking all safety guidelines as per instruction of Engineer in Charge 17 Installation ofnew pump 150/32 model end suction sewage pump with the new 50 HP induction motor on base channel with complete alignment on foundation bolts grouting as per site requirement, all above electrical items, laying of cables & making all electrical connection, thimbling & taping in all respect. 18 Painting of complete allE&M equipments like valve, motor, NRV, flanges etc. after scrubbing the rust from emery paper with double coat of primer 19 Transportation charges for to and fro of men and material including loading and unloading etc. at a suitable place of material as per instruction of site incharge 20 Testing and commissioning of above system first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and for its proper operation as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
