Strengthening Of Damaged Suction And Delivery Line At L Block Shakurpur Sewage Trolley In Ac 16- 1 Strengthening of suction and delivery system by carrying out following works:Disconnection of electric motor and pump, remove from the base frame, cutting of foundation bolts with the help of gas cutter and taking out with the help of heavy labor and keep it at a safe place in the pump house. 2 Dismantling of old damaged suction lines, bends, pipes and specials etc. with help of manual labor, taking all safety measures and arrangement for cutting, alignment, tightening the nut bolts, as per site requirement. 3 Strengthening of RCC foundation by plastering & making a wet layer with material like cement, concrete, sand, etc. including supply and grouting of foundation bolts etc. as required. 4 Repair of MS base frame of pump set by replacement of its worn-out parts so as to strengthen the MS structure by providing and fixing of MS plate on base frame by welding, cutting etc. as per sample. 5 S/O 125 mm dia size MS Black pipe medium B class Make of pipe: - Jindal/ Tata. / Approved 6 S/O 100 mm dia size MS Black pipe medium B class Make of pipe: - Jindal/ Tata. / Approved 7 S/O of CI sluice valve non rising with SS spindle flanged ends of size 100 mm Dia PN 1.0 Sluice Valve Make : KBL/IVC/ Approved make by DJB 8 S/O of CI Non return valve non rising with flanged ends of size 125 mm Dia PN 1.0 Non Return Valve Make : KBL/IVC/ Approved make by DJB 9 S/o Nut bolts with washers of good quality. 10 Supply of 50% neoprene rubber packing of suitable size as per site requirement. 11 S/O 70 +- 5 watt LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power led as lighting source with IP65/ IP66 protection. DJB Sor 19.10.6 12 Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.DSR 12.34 13 Making of suction lines with the help of welding work and cutting of M.S. pipe as per site requirement & Making and welding of M.S. Bend and Flange with the pipe, gas cutting arrangement as required and after that lowering of suction line inside the sump with the help of manual labor by taking all safety guidelines as per instruction of Engineer in Charge 14 Making of sump well cover with iron bar to cover the well for safety & protection of people. 15 Re- assembling of suction line, pressure gauge & piping specials including bend of suitable size with welding and civil work as required at site. The job includes opening and closing valve with the help of manual labour. 16 Installation of motor Pump-set including above E&M equipment along with all piping work & making, providing of specials like Bends, Tee, reducer, blank flanges, flanges & etc. as required & fixing of valves and executing all allied E&M and civil work, laying of cable as per site requirement, making connection with thimble panel board by taking all safety precautions, arranging all tools and tackles i/c welding set gas cutter etc. as per site requirement 17 Making re-alignment of pump set, testing & commissioning of motor Pump-set with all E&M equipment after opening of suction and delivery valves, first at on No-load and then on full-load condition. 18 Transportation charges for man & Material including loading/ Unloading etc. as per site requirement at a suitable place as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
