Sand Blasting Of The Fans And Miscellaneous Equipments In Np Plant, Fact Cd => Limited; 1 Sand Blasting of the Fans & Miscellaneous Equipments in NP Plant, FACT CD.. 2 Sand blasting of De-Humidifier (DH) Fan/ Fume Fans ofA & B Stream of NP Plant. The work involves the arrangement and transportation of all required materials and equipment to the site, including sand, blasting equipment, hoses, and related items. All necessary tools and equipment, including an air compressor required for sandblasting, shall be provided by the contractor. Upon receiving clearance from the Maintenance and Process Departments, the fans casing cover and drain pipe will be dismantled and placed aside. The fans plummer blocks shall be properly covered to prevent sand ingress during sandblasting.The shift engineer shall then be informed to inspect the deposits on the fans. Sandblasting shall be carried out thoroughly on the fan rotor and suction hood to ensure complete removal of deposits. After sandblasting, the shift engineer will again be notified to verify the cleanliness and confirm that no deposits remain. All used sand and removed deposits must be cleaned from the interior of the fan casing. Upon completion of cleaning, the fan casing cover and drain pipe shall be carefully reinstalled and secured to prevent leakage. The contractor must adhere to the latest applicable standards and best practices for sandblasting and implement all necessary safety measures throughout the process. 3 Sand blasting of Dryer Fan / Cooler Fan ofA & B Stream of NP Plant. The work involves the arrangement and transportation of all required materials and equipment to the site, including sand, blasting equipment, hoses, and related items. All necessary tools and equipment, including an air compressor required for sandblasting, shall be provided by the contractor. All necessary tools and equipment, including an air compressor required for sandblasting, shall be provided by the contractor.Sand or shot blasting shall be carried out in accordance with the latest applicable standards on ducts, vessels, tanks, and equipment such as fans, which are not covered under Activity 1 and Activity 2. The contractor shall be responsible for any dismantling required to facilitate smooth execution of the work. After completion, proper reassembly and closure shall be ensured to prevent any leakage. All used sand and removed deposits must be cleaned from the site. The contractor must adhere to the latest applicable standards and best practices for sandblasting and implement all necessary safety measures throughout the process.
