    Annual Maintenance for Comprehensive Servicing, Maintenance and Operation of 4 Nos. of 375 TR capacity Centralized AC Chiller plants at NKM building, Secretariat, Chennai-9 for the year 2025-2026 (04/2025 to 03/2026); 1 Annual Maintenancefor Comprehensive servicing, Maintenance and operation of1500TR (4 x 375 TR) capacity air cooled screw chillers complete comprising preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair of compressor and associated components and spares like expansion valve, loading and unloading coil switch, pressure cut out switches, oil switch, microprocessor based controller and other electrical components in the system, refrigent piping and consumables like V-belt, bearings, descaling chemicals, charging of oil and refrigerant including operation of the chiller, AHUs pumps by person suitably in the field of refrigeration, monthly servicing and ensuring proper operation of the Auxiliary HVAC system.Which includes the following:a). 375 TR capacity chiller -4Nosb) chilled water primary pump 45 KW-6Nosc) Air handling units:i) 15TR capacity,6500 CFM -21 Nosii) 10TR Capacity, 4000 CFM -94 Nosd) 2Tr,1.5Tr,1Tr AC-40 Nose) 10 HP VRF-2 Nos, 14 HP VRF-1 Nof) 5.TR, 4TR,3TR,2TR Ceiling Suspended Fan coil units.Maintenance of log books, Recording of meter readings and attendance for operation personnel in specified format should be ascertained.
