    Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products - KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC); Quarterly; No Random Returns Feature allows users to return keys to any open location within the cabinet, therefore protecting sensitive keys from pattern location placement All keys movement are tracked by time date and user code Keys removal by number or name. Programmable to release keys within specified day(s) of week to users only within certain time zones. Provides an alarm for overduo koys, illegal removals. Door left open, illegal entry and invalid keys. Capability to handle up to 2000 user codes & multiple access levels. Key Reservations allow keys to be reserved for a specific user. Authorised users can enable an Emergency release function for keys Multiple key accesses. Allows the number of keys a user can have out at any given time to be set from 0-15 (0 being unlimited) Able to store 250 groups. Each group can be programmed with up to 100 keys and can be setup to release either the next available key or all the keys in the group Performs all KEY-PRO III software functions through LAN or RS-232 Store 4000 transactions. Archive warning alarm available to insure transactions are collected. Capable of producing reports that include key Name. User Name. Time & Date of transaction with no computer needed. Reports can be printed locally or remotely. Audit trail reports by Key, User, Events, and Alarms and by Date Total Quantity :
