Tender For Overhauling Of Both Boilers= 1 Repair, maintenance & overhauling of both the boilers 2 Scope of work 1. complete repair of boiler Auxiliaries which includes ID fans, FD fans, PA fans, Feed water tank, Deaerator tank and soot blowers. Work includes: a) cleaning of feed water & deareator tanks and painting of tanks alonghwith checking of all the pipe lines, valves and manholes and connecting transfer pumps.b) Checking of ID fans, FD fans and PA fans which includes repair of vanes of fans, pedestal bearing and coupling. also connecting ducting with dampers to be repaired along with expansion joints alignment of motors to be done also. c) Thorough repair of soot blowers which includes cleaning of steam pipe lines, driving system etc along with motors motors to be made fully operational 3 Complete repair of boilers fittings & mounting which includes all water level gauges, pressure gauges, safety valves, feed control valves, spray control valves and all the valves of boilersWork include: a) Opening of steam drums of both the boilers which includes taking out the fittings. fittings are to be repaired outside alongwith stainers.they are to be painted and refitted in the steam drums afetr cleaning and painting of steam drums.b) Steam drums water level gauges along with all the valves and drains are to be thoroughly repaired and refitted at their positions.c) cleaning of mud drums along with its headers which includes cutting of blinds of headers for cleaning purposes. Blinds are to be rewelded after cleaning. All the connecting blow down pipe line and valves are to be checked and repaired. d) Feed water line & spary control valves along with its valves and drains are to be checked and repaired. e) Stop valves, safety valves of super heated and steam drums are to thoroughly checked and repaired along with replacement copper joints and H.P steam Joint. 4 Hydraulic testing for both the boilers 5 OLD S.S TUBE 304 6 OLD S.S SCREEN 7 OLD AMBASSADOR CAR 8 OLD IRON DRUMS 210 LTRS. 9 OLD IRON CANS 20 LTRS. 10 OLD PLASTIC CANS 50 LTRS. 11 OLD PLASTIC CANS 35 LTRS. 12 OLD REFRIGERATOR 165 LTRS. 13 OLD REFRIGERATOR 310 LTRS. 14 OLD WATER COOLER 15 OLD MONITOR 16 OLD UPS 17 OLD CPU 18 OLD AC 1.5 TON 19 OLD PLASTIC DRUMS 210 LTRS. 20 PVC WATER TANK 500 LTRS. 21 OLD CAR TYRE 22 OLD BACK SIDE TRACTOR TYRE 23 OLD BATTERY 24 OLD IRON AIR COOLER 25 OLD PLASTIC AIR COOLER 26 OLD TYPERWRITER MACHINE 27 OLD BLACK POLYTHENE SHEET 28 OLD TV TCL 29 29 OLD BROWN P.P & JUTE SUGAR BAGS 30 OLD SANITARY MATERIAL 31 OLD GEYSER
