Repair/Mtc. of different water supply schemes under DWS Division, Kumarghat / SH: Mtc. of existing SBDTW schemes, rewinding of single phase motor, repair & replacement electrical equipments at kiosk box, repairing of leakage, extension of pipeline & all other allied works within the jurisdiction of Pecharthal R.D Block under DWS Sub-Division Pecharthal during the year 2025-26 North East Zone-Providing and fitting fixing steel sheet enclosed switch fuse unit(suitable for DIN fuses), triple pole with Neutral Link (TPN), 415/500 Volt, L & T make etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-inchargeii) 32 amps 2 Supplying & fitting fixing single phase motor starter unit (with 2 pole contractor, overload relay volt meter & amp meter) 32 amp main switch 220 volt of HAVELLS/BCH/L&T make KIOSK in/c necessary electrical wiring & GI pipe earthing etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in Charge.For 3HP submerssible motor 3 Providing and fitting fixing of different capacity 230 volt, single phase submersible pumpstarter BCH/L&T, ABBmake as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in Charge.i) 2 HP 4 Supplying and fitting fixing of fuse unit (Kitkat) in porcelain base in/c. necessary connection etc. as required (HPL make).iii) 100 amps 5 Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated single coremultistrand Copper cable conforming to IS : 694 for inter connection with all electrical equipments of the pannel board as perspecification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.i) 10 sqmm 6 Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated 3 core flat Copper cable conforming to relevant IS code for submerssible motor with all necessary equipments and fittings as required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.i) 2.5 sqmm 7 Providing & lowering of submerssible pump of 45 mtr head with suitable single phase submerssible motor in/c additional 32 mtr submerssible 3 core copper flat cable (2.5 sqmm size) along with 40 mm GI pipe (medium class) both end welded with 8 mm thick GI flange (maximum length of each column pipe is 3 mtr & total 21 mtr long column assembly) in/c fitting, fixing of neccessary rubber insertion, 90 GI single end flange bend, GI glange short piece, GI tail piece & 100/40 mm GI reducing socket, 100 mm dia non return valve etc. complete in respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in Charge.a) 2000 GPH capacity submerssible pump with 3 HP submerssible motor 8 Providing and fitting fixing of different capacity 230 volt, 1ph water fill submerssible pumpset complete (ex/c column pipe) DUKE/KSB make as per specfication and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.i) 2 HP 9 Repair and maintenance of submessible Motor suitable for submerssible pumpset by complete dismantling in/c providing & fitting fixing of PVC ( IS : 8783-1978 ) insulated electro grade copper ( IS : 613-1984 ) conductor winding in stator & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.ii) 1.0 HP Motor suitable for 2000 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset 10 iv) 2.0 HP Motor suitable for 2000 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset 11 v) 3.0 HP Motor suitable for 2000/2500 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset 12 Repairing of single phase motor starter in/c. necessary electric wiring as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Labour charge for lifting of submersible pump motor set of 70’’ to 90’’ column pipe complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 14 Labour charges for lowering of submersible pump motor set at a depth of70 to 90 column pipe in/c. fitting fixing of nut & bolts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 15 Excavating trenches of required widthfor pipes, cables etc. including exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500 mm(slope-1 in 200)including getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per Chapter - 2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.A. For UPVC pipes in new work In all kinds of soilFor pipes not exceeding 90 mm dia 16 Providing, fixing and laying rigid UPVC pipes conforming to IS : 4985 jointing with couplers, of same class conforming to IS : 10124 ( Pt-II ) with solvent cement conforming to IS :14182 including testing of joints complete ( but excluding the cost of specials like bend, tees etc. which will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.i. 40 mm OD 17 Providing, fixing and laying fabricated UPVC end cap conforming to IS : 10124 ( Part 4 ) with solvent cementconforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete as perCPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.i) 40 mm dia 18 Providing and fixing brass ferrule with C.I. cover conforming to IS : 2692 including boring and tapping the main as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.i) 15 mm nominal bore 19 Providing and fixing U.P.V.C. service saddle as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.i. 40 mm dia with 15 mm dia opening 20 ii. 50 mm dia with 15 mm dia opening 21 Providing and fitting fixing PVC / plastic bib cock conforming to IS : 9763 in hydrant points at different location as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.i. 15 mm dia PVC /plastic bib cock 22 Providing and fixing G.I. union as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - chargei. 15 mm dia 23 ii. 40 mm dia 24 Providing and fixing G.I. socket as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.i. 15 mm dia 25 Making road crossing by horizontal boring for smooth layingof UPVC / CI / DI / GI pipes etc. of required dia complete asper specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.B. by manual means 26 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes medium class as per IS : 1239 with latest amendment complete with G.I. fittingsincluding trenching and refilling, cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. External workii. 15 mm dia. nominal bore 27 v. 40 mm dia. nominal bore 28 Providing and laying of flexible PVC pipe confirming to IS: 7634 complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.( cost of eart work and fittings will be paid separately). i) 15 mm dia 29 Supplying and fitting fixing of B13 (Size: width 450 mm X length 1200 mm x height 850 mm) fitted with 4 nos support of 75 mm x 75 mm (6 mm thick) M.S angle for embedding in 1:2:4 cement concrete base (size 300 mm x 300 mm x 600 mm) with proper locking arrangement and coated with anti corrosive paint ( both inside and out side) in/c. necessary provisions for fitting fixing of single phase motor starter unit, main switch, energy meter etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 30 Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of L shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials,labour, tool & plants, as required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 31 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brickaggregate 20 mm nominal size) 32 Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required. 33 Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm, inside , in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) for stop cock, with C.
